If I could rate 0 stars, I would! We went here before wedding dress shopping and we were late for our appointment because the... server went MIA. She brought our drinks then took our order. We waited over an hour for our food and it came out cold! I orderedchicken tenders and fries for my 5 year old and they only brought out fries for her after an entire hour! We only saw our servertwice. Our server never came to refill drinks or check to ask how our cold food was. The place was empty and wasn’t even busy.Definitely won’t be back! YALL DONT GO DRINKING AT BWW ESPECIALLY IF U WANT THEM TO MIX A DRINK FOR YOU…..MANAGEMENT MAY MAY NOT APPROVE….The food was... alright just as the service. My sis and I wanted to unwind with a couple of drinks and grab a bite to eat because I hadremembered they had $3 crown and Jameson for happy hour. We made it there to find out that their happy hour had changed but nolonger included it. Sad (very sad because y’all’s new happy hour menu is TRASH!!!) but we still wanted to drink so westayed. Here’s where my issue was at. We ask for a green tea shots which is just Jameson sweet and sour and peach schnapps andthe bartender had to go ask the manager if that was a n allowed drink to make?! I’m a bartender at a local restaurant and thatblew my mind that y’all don’t let ur bartenders makes drinks that the customer asks for. Especially when you have everythingin the full service bar that y’all do have. The best thing about the night was the price of Jameson lol. My friend and I ordered takeout, we ordered two orders of boneless wings (buffalo medium and medium), there was no sauce on the... wings, it was more like a powder, it was impossible to eat. We also ordered a lemonade that we didn’t received, and the friesand everything else were cold. I asked for some hatch queso as a dip for my fries and it was just on top of them, it didn’tlook good. This was the worse experience I’ve had in a Buffalo Wild Wings and it certainly ruined my dinner, we literallycouldn’t eat it, that’s how bad it was. And I just wonder, why would you put a powder instead of sauce when the order asksfor sauce? Anyway, I’m never ordering from here again and I hope others don’t commit the same mistake. Read more
The worst buffalo wild wings I have been too. Our server took our drink order and then disappeared for 20 minutes. So the... manager had to bring our drinks which isn't a problem. But then she took forever to take our food order after sitting there forat least 20 minutes which isn't that big of a deal. But what set me off was when i went to the bathroom which was disgusting.Every toilet was gross and had water everywhere on the sink and on the floor. We been here several times... before normally it's a good decent experience today, though my blood is boiling I'm beyond angry with my service here from 2people. First off Makayla our waitress was decent at first but went south quickly. I ordered a water with a mountain dewlegendary drink from bar. It comes to table and doesnt taste right. Straight up watered down, had wife try it to make sure Iwasnt wrong. After verifying waitress comes offers to have it remade which I wanted, because i figured the mountain dew sodawas just needed to be changed out a easy fix. However manager lady which I didnt get ne remarks: I dont want to waste theliquor. Trying to get me to order something else. I said no its find I'll stick with my water. A out 10 mins later still waitingto order food I see the manager parade across dinning room to everyone else 3 other tables a free bud light. Not the table me,which had messed up drink. We was last, she left turned around then finally offered it. Which I'm already mad amd refused. Nowfood comes like close to 40 mins later. My son's mac and cheese so hot the wife burnt her fingers on bowel. Food over all decentand normal but I'm already frustrated and wanted to go home. Because I still sitting waiting on my water to be refilled, sherefilled my son's moutaindew but not my glass of ice that needed water. Get the check, leave card tell wife how I'm not comungback i stand up waitress mikayla hands me receipt. I take it and about to sign it I hear with an attitude: You didnt have tojerk it.
