I have to say we did wait a bit. I found our waitress happy and attentive. There was an older couple that was quite irate and... left very unhappy as I'm sure people just aren't used to being patient. I, on the other hand, don't have an issue being patient.It was clean, staff was super friendly and food was great! We are regulars and continue to be so. There should be an easier wayto place an order than making the staff so thinly stretched. Maybe if we could order our food and drinks from the table andhave the staff serve, maybe it would be more of a help. ;) just a suggestion! Thanks ;) Read more
My order was completely wrong. I threw it out in the trash. There was a hair strand on one of the wings as soon as I opened the... box. I requested the MILD sauce to be on the side of the wings but the wings were drenched in it. This was a kid’s meal. Thekid’s meal was supposed to come work two chocolate milks and it didn’t. I ordered through Uber eats. It said order was readyat 6:15. I arrived there at 6:15 and they told me it wasn’t ready yet. Order ended up being ready at 6:30ish instead. I had an order for deliver. Half the the order was missing! I called and asked them to remake the the video. She said because it... was delivery they couldn’t resend it. My options were to cancel the order or remake it ( and get all the items ) but I’dhave to come pick it up! I asked for some sort of discount for my difficulty. I spent $10 in delivery fees and tip. She offer noassistance. Once I got to the store, I had to wait another 15 minutes and that was after I had waited 15 minutes to leavehome.! Very disappointed! The remade food was okay. Horrible experience!!!! Got my waitress in the back yapping her mouth and stuff , like people we’ve ordered before getting... they’re food before us ! Ridiculous! Wings are dry, got the order incorrect had to scrape off the stuff we didn’t want onthe burger I just don’t understand sometimes , listen to the reviews! Spend your money elsewhere:) Read more

Cold food. Appeared to be old wings. Ordered online, wasn’t even started on when I arrived to pick it up. The order was still... wrong. They made the burger over again, meanwhile the other food is cold. I’ve given this place a million chances. I've been to several Buffalo wild wings inf different states. This one was nice, clean, and not obviously loud. The food was... just as delicious as I have always remembered. And the waitress was helpful and nice. They were quick to get in our order anddrinks. The bathroom was clean and stocked with paper towels ect. Their door even had an option to use your foot to openit. We definitely be going back and taking the whole family next time. Read more
