I must say this is the worse location for good customer service and fresh food. I ordered a the ultimate breakfast platter.... EVERYTHING! Was bad ! Hash browns rediped very greasy, bacon burnt, egg rubbery, pancakes over heated. Who the hell trains thesepeople for excellent customer service? I know that would not eat this if it was served to them and they paid for it. My faultwas not checking it before I left. I got 21 miles away and was extremely disappointed. My advice . 180 on plank needs newmanagement And CREW! PERIOD! Somebody clearly don't understand the assignment!!!!! Read more

The girl at the drive thru today 2/19/22 at 11:51 needs to be disciplined or terminated! I need the owner to please contact me!... My husband I stopped at this location and ordered. We ordered a number 4 and requested light ice, when we get to the window thetea is full of ice. So my husband said oh we ordered a sweet tea light ice, she rolls her eyes and said pull up. Was riding with someone else, n we went to this Burger King. I had the $5.00 special with burger, nuggets, ff's n coke. It was... so good to me. Never expected that because of things I've heard about them now. Well this one was good. THX n would love to trythis location again . Read more

I wish I could go less than 1 star. The cashier could not comprehend the complex order of how to ring up a 2 for $4 with the... sandwiches being different sandwiches. It took 10 minutes just to ring it up. Then she stopped before completing the order beingrung up and helped a different customer with a different order being messed up. In all fairness it was her first day but themanager left her to fend for herself. Read more
