So confusing! This was the BK on corner of Perkins and Starring. Dining room was closed. No one took the order at the speaker.... After 4 minutes I drove up and gave the order. I was overcharged. I had to get out of line and order on the app. When I got backin line, my order was not taken at the speaker. Two cars in front of me drove off without ordering after waiting a considerableamount of time. I finally drove to the window. After 3 minutes someone came to the window to take my order. Even though therewere 2 employees near the drive thru window talking and no other customers except me in line I could not get waited on. I had towait for them to cook my burger. It was good when I finally got it but was not made correctly. I think I'll try another BKfarther away where I get better service. I definitely didn't have it my way here!!! Read more

Took a long time acknowledging that we were at the speaker, there was 1 car in front of us, even after we did order after... waiting another 20 minutes we had to leave because our break was over. Read more

Staff here are constantly delivering meals to outside customers. There is a sense of urgency present in the atmosphere.... Restaurant was clean on the several occasions I visited the business. Manager placed my order and appear very attentive. On oneoccasion there was no salt packets. Fries were hot, burger prepared fresh and no real bad experience. Read more

I just left the Burger King at 7638 Perkins Rd in Baton Rouge at 6:30 Am this morning on 03/29/2022. I ask the rude manager for... one pack of strawberry jelly and she refused to give me a pack of jellly. Really?!? I forgot my jelly at home on my way to workand stop by the nearest Burger King. I always patronize this establishment, but now I will find another Burger King to give mybusiness to. Bad customer service!! ???????? Read more

08/27/2021 Went to this location today an got two bacon cheeseburgers the meat was raw and I consumed it. Went back to the... location manager was rude told me it was nothing she can do. I asked for an accident report she stated that she could not giveme one. She called her boss and told him she checked the temperature on the meat and something was wrong with the broiler. Bothwere inconsiderate of my problem, she did not offer a refund nor my food replaced. Told me she did not care if I calledcorporate and she was not giving me her name. As soon as I made it home I started vomiting. This is not a way to handlecustomers consuming raw products. Read more

This was a horrible experience. None of the employees wearing masks, the cashier seemed to be ignoring us after taking our... order. We got our food 15 minutes later, after the manager came out and asked if we needed help. The entire facility was dirtyand falling apart... literally. There was a leak in the ceiling, that they clearly knew about, since they had a mop bucket andwet floor signs down. Two ceilings tiles were visibly soaked and close to falling. The table just beneath the tiles was open andavailable for customers to sit at. As we began eating, I heard a loud bang and instantly knew what it was. I will not bereturning to this Burger King. i don?t know what it is about this location but they?re always super slow and get orders wrong. the building is always at least... 85 degrees inside and the staff is indifferent to helping with mistakes and orders. Read more
