This location used to be a common meeting spot for my friends and I but this time the service was just not the best. My burger... wasn't cooked correctly but it was still fine because I'm not that picky. My friend's burger was worse and hencouldnt evenfinish it. A simple hello goes along way. Even though the burgers are Awsome, the service at this particular one is HORRIBLE (If you're... the wrong complexion I suppose) don't think they were understaffed because they weren't that busy. I?ve been coming here occasionally since they opened, maybe four or five years ago. Consistently the service takes 30 to 45... minutes to get a Burger. The food is great the service is subpar, every single time. I Keep on hoping the service will improvebut it does not. Understaffed and thus the experience suffers. Read more
