This location used to be a common meeting spot for my friends and I but this time the service was just not the best. My burger... wasn't cooked correctly but it was still fine because I'm not that picky. My friend's burger was worse and hencouldnt evenfinish it. No frills, handcrafted burgers and hand cut fries. No frills restaurant/bar with serving some of the best burgers & fries in... the Baton Rouge area. The service is very good, the beer list is full of craft and local brews and specialty cocktails. Noregular hostess at the front entrance, just make your way back to the bar and find a seat. A simple hello goes along way. Even though the burgers are Awsome, the service at this particular one is HORRIBLE (If you're... the wrong complexion I suppose) don't think they were understaffed because they weren't that busy. Its not at all cool Being theonly person at bar getting passed up 3-4 times having to speak up for my menu. I?ve been coming here occasionally since they opened, maybe four or five years ago. Consistently the service takes 30 to 45... minutes to get a Burger. The food is great the service is subpar, every single time. I Keep on hoping the service will improvebut it does not. Understaffed and thus the experience suffers. Read more
Normally I get the four cheese grilled cheese and it?s great!! This time I got a burger with fried egg. It was super salty and... peppery. My wife got the burger in a lettuce wrap and hers was salty. And the kids got a burger meal. They got tons offries!! We were shocked, so many fries for a kids meal. I didn?t get to take a picture of the cheese fries. Every time I go to Baton Rouge I have to eat here at least once a trip. Great burgers and good selection of local beers.... Bartender was very knowledgeable about their beers on tap and most local breweries. Bar and restaurant are a bit separatedmaking the bar a nice place to sit and watch a game or talk with friends. They do feature local beer specials so ask yourserver. Great parking and access to the place. Also they are near the LSU campus. It is a bit too bright for my liking, butthe service and beer selection makes it worth it. Read more
We came in on a Tuesday yeaterday for their 2 for 1 burger special. The burgers were great! Nice and juicy with their sauce. The... servers are accommodating. Although the food took an hour to come out. But they were kinda swamped. But all in all, we'll comeback. Shout out to our waiter Taylor, he was on point! Read more
