I rather liked the calming environment that this place had. The decorations went together and didn't feel kitchie or overdone or... anything like that. The menu was quite inviting, if a little pricey. I'm not entirely sure if it was worth the cost of the meal,but I will definitely say it is of high quality. The staff there are very attentive, without being overbearing. I would say thatultimately it is a nice place to enjoy perhaps a date with a loved one or an evening alone to enjoy some fine dining. The manager, Mark Poirrier made this dining experience EXCEPTIONAL! I later commended him on how very attentive and helpful he... was while at my table. He informed me that he had given a few employees off for the weekend so he was waiting tables. He was theabsolute BEST server (or working manager) EVER! Food was delicious as always. Read more
The food was a disaster I definitely expected better. The Mahi fish was bland no seasoning and cold the sauce was worst the dish... did not come together well at all. I actually was trying to treat my wife to a special surprise dinner date after work. Thesalad was overwhelming salty I found that strange. The dessert was missing that signature sauce that made us choose thatdessert. I still tipped my waitresses???? because she's trying to pay her bills but the cooks and management will need to stepup there game. I was under the impression that I was going to be fine dining. 11am and we were the first ones here to dine. Our server and staff were awesome in taking care of our order. Being the first... ones of course we got the fresh food from the bread to the lasagna that I ordered. For dessert the server suggested the buttercream cake with berries. I will definitely be returning for great and awesome dining experiences. Read more
It started out great, great waiter, communicated well and stated his opinion on food item(s) which I did take into account. Once... we received our food, I placed a to-go order with modifications (as the waiter said they would accommodate)breaded chicken withno peas and no mushrooms. The food was great, tasty and well seasoned. Then, the waiting game started. For 45 minutes, until Iasked for an update on the one to-go food item. ?It will be out in 5 minutes? 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes. I went tocancel my order and asked to speak to the manager who was friendly and understanding of my frustration. 2 minutes later my to-goorder was out and in my hands and my debit card was debited $13. I took the long 30 minute drive home only to find out that therequested modifications did not happen. Grilled chicken with peas and mushrooms. IF we go back, I hope to have a betterexperience. Had my daughter birthday dinner there and the staff was helpful the Manger came over and provided the details for the large ... party . The food was hot and delicious came out in a timely manner and everyone enjoyed the night and the restaurant had niceChristmas decorations and is highly recommended for a great Italian dinner! My 20 year high school reunion was held at Carrabba?s and it was fantastic! The food and drinks were delicious, the manager... (Mark) and server (Nev) were super attentive, but not overly so, and it was a great atmosphere! Several of the ladies orderedthe Merry Berry Martini and they came in CUTE Christmas ornament balls and tasted amazing! We found out they offer a two pack ofdrinks in the ornaments to-go and that sounds like a party to me! Great night, great food, and amazing service! Read more
