Located in the food court, this place always has a long line but the wait time is relatively short. Probably the best... Chick-fil-a in Baton Rouge (surprise!). Food is always fresh and one of their employees checks on customers and sometimes helpswith delivering food. Read more
The service here is aweful. The first time I ordered food at this location, it took around ten minutes to get my food. I thought... it was a random occurrence. Earlier this month it took 15 minutes. I spoke to the manager, she didnt even care to listen, gaveme my money back, turned her back and walked off. I will never go back to this location.
