Very friendly employees. The customer service was great, our food is always hot and good.
Staff was incredibly rude and gave me the wrong order multiple times. They didn't believe that I paid for my order even after U... showed my receipt and I still didn't get all of my order correct. I ended up leaving with an entirely wrong order because theyrefused to fix it. In addition to all of this, it took them 40 Minutes to cook 2 pieces of chicken. Some of the employees have a nasty attitude not respectful (teens). On they phones act bothered when you ask them a question.... Inside is not clean. The inside of this place is nasty I guess this is every churches.????????You will definitely be waiting ondrive thru for 30 mins. First people never pay with NO CARD at any Church's Chicken location, with that said this location just re-opened and on... today, Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 2:14 pm, I drove up through drive thru only, ordered, paid cash, got burned old grease friedchicken, the staff uniforms were dirty, wrinkle, and they sold what they want you to have. So, whatever chicken wasn't solddays ago that's what you get. Please people check your order before you drive off. Nasty, Unprofessional, Horrible, they needto close back up or get new want to work there management. I'm going to the location on Government Street or Baker on MainStreet. Read more
We ordered alot of food, took a little whole but it was worth it. Hot and crispy. We got all of our food.
