It was uncomfortable bringing my family if 6 here. Our order was almost $50, which would have been fine, IF there was a table... large enough to seat us (or enough tables to put two together), the place had been cleaned recently, and we would have gottenthe amount of ice cream that we paid for. There were only 3 or 4 tables and my husband and I had to stand while our childrenate. We had to get wet wipes out of the car to clean the table before we sat down (all of the tables were gross). The widowswere dirty, rhe ic cream case was dirty, the toilet/bathroom was disgusting (like what seemed to be poo on the toilet and thesink), I chose to go down to Whole Foods to use the facilities instead. I wish I would?ve read the recent reviews before going here. The line was very long at Marble Slab so we decided to go down the... street and visit this place yesterday afternoon. There were only 4 people in line ahead of us but it took them 15 minutes totake our orders. My girlfriend wanted to get ice cream because she specifically wanted coffee ice cream, but they were very lowon 5 or more flavors. Not sure how an ice cream shop can be that low on every popular flavor. The girls taking our order wererude and unenthusiastic and said they ?were out of coffee? even though there was plenty to make 1 or 2 more cups. I ordered mineand we decided to share it, and no more than 30 seconds after we sat down, they put out more coffee ice cream. Didn?t think tomention that when we?d ordered it less than a minute earlier? Overall awful experience and I?ll never go back. I understand that most Ice cream shops like to hire teenagers because they?re cheaper to employ, but these kids are unenthused &... have no desire to work. They?re just there for the paycheck. This is my third time visiting within the last 2 months & I?ve hadthe same experience each time. I have to repeat my order 2-3xs & they still ?forget? the extra toppings I request. And, once Iask them about it they react with an attitude instead of trying to rectify their mistakes. Please do better with vetting futureemployees, as the ones I have encountered were all very absent minded. Oh How can I forget to mention. The ice cream once againwas melting & running once it hit the cup. I had to come home place my cup in the freezer & add my own Oreos because it was nonein the ice cream. Horrible service. Don?t know if ice cream is good because we ended up leaving. We were the only customers and there was no line.... Employees just kept talking to each other and goofing around. We stood at counter waiting to give order but they just kepttalking and giggling with each other. So we waited a little longer while a large group showed up waiting behind us. I forgot what day I came exactly but the staff was absolutely terrible. They made fun of me with eachother because I "talk... white" and I "wanted to be white so bad". The ice cream shop was super hot, they must have set the thermostat to 90°! The ice cream was melted by the time it hit the... cup. We were told they were not making smoothies, they did not have any ice cream cones and there were no large cups.
