GREAT NEWS! I enjoy the menu here but now, new ownership! You can immediately see the changes in the employees once you enter... the doors. Brandon the new General Manager was the to serve me ?extra? customer service without even asking. This never happensthese days. The food was better than expected. They have a unique concept with an entire wall of mixed drinks or beer! Nowaiting on a waitress! You mosey on up and simply pour your own! Placed a pick up order online for 11:05. Checked in online that I was here for curbside pick up at 11:00. After 15 minutes I... went inside to see what was up with my order and it had not been started on yet even though the store was completely empty. Ithen proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be made. They only had one guy working on a Sunday, and I genuinelyfelt bad for him. I can only assume they don?t pay well and can?t keep employees. After all this, they messed up my order andonly gave me one of the 3 toppings I paid for. I found the menu to be a bit confusing at first. They had a popular items list on one side and then the menu on the other. The... food was pretty good. I got the loaded tots with brisket. Such a GREAT SPACE!!! I found Bryson and Ouss to be extremely helpful! It was my first time visiting this establishment but it... will certainly NOT be my last. Very convenient location and the employees were wonderful and friendly in assisting me with allmy questions about the menu. The worst food I have ever eaten in my life. I got the bbq trio tacos and this is what it was. For $20 this was the worst... experience I have ever had. Will not go back nor recommend to anyone.
