Righteous place!! Coming from up north, we needed something worthy to talk about later. Great setting and atmosphere. Looking... for that prime seafood spot and we found it. Service was quick and courteous enough to let us sit outside and enjoy the lastminutes of the day and sunset. I've had shrimp au gratin and gumbo filé, now I can die a happy, satisfied woman sipping onswamp water, too. Lol Read more

Went tonight to eat boiled shrimp it was all you can eat night. When we got our first order which was 10 shrimp they were very... good. Then we ordered bloody Mary's and were told they were out of the mix and could not fill our drink order. Everything wentdownhill from there. The boiled shrimp got worst with every refill which was only very few each order. As much as I love Don's Idon't think I will be returning. Read more

Very good food. All of it. Rich Southern cuisine seriously. If you're from up north and don't season your food.... stay away.... ???? Read more

Not impressed, was really hoping for some great food since the hotel recommended this place, food was OK but I could get better... at home in TN, I expected better at the coast. Jacked up shrimp was good but the seafood platter was very plain and the seafoodgumbo was not good, left most of the food on the plate. Read more

Classy, yet casual restaurant. The menu has a plethora of seafood entrees to please the southern taste. I ordered the red... beans and catfish and was not disappointed; it had the right amount of smoky flavor. Our waiter was prompt and kept our drinksfull. The average entree runs about $13-$15, so it may not be quite budget friendly. Read more

Seafood was kinda bland, service was ok. Had the price been 10-15% cheaper it would have been considered a good value but at the... price they are charging I expect better. Read more

Went with a big party for a celebration. Staff were friendly and on top of everything! Great, wonderful! Well the good part of... the review is out of the way. Looking around everyone's portions were very small and the taste didn't make up for it. I ordereda fish and shrimp platter and my SO ordered shrimp etouffee both on smaller plates then what I have at home. The fries made upmost of what I had gotten otherwise maybe three small pieces of fish, some of the wimpiest shrimp I'd ever seen and a hushpuppythe size of a quarter. The bill, the bill was the BIG one for me. Final bill for me and my SO before tip and 2 drinks was $50.Included.. was $84. Definitely not emptying my wallet here anymore. Read more
