I used to love the food here. However, when my daughter and I got it for dinner a few days ago, it was terrible. The meat was... extremely tough and dry, there were barely any condiments on the burgers and the fries were not good whatsoever. They werecooked so long that they were hard and crunchy. WORST PLACE EVER. Stop hiring young kids who don?t want to work. Paid 13$ for a meal but could not get good customer service or... a drink because nobody fixed the drink or ice machines because of laziness. The sweet tea was from the day before also. When you want cheese curds or just a good smash-style burger, this is my go-to place. Staff is always friendly and the... expediency of wait time is top shelf. I don't know why this location is usually without a wait time other than the awkwardlocation in terms of getting to, but coupled with the actual food order wait time, maybe they just actually serve orders quickerthan they can get them. 10/10 freshly made smash burgers and the shoe string fries are always on point. Haven't tried their desserts yet but if they are... anything like their jalapeno burger melt, then I'm sure it's delicious as well. Above and beyond what is expected from a fastfood burger! Service was good not quite as friendly or informative as a expected being it was my first visit to a Freddy's. The ???? burger ... was delicious ???? the fries???? were great. I believe everything was cooked to order. The fries are thin cut and the meat pattywas thin but wide. I loved them both. Read more
