This place is a must if you are trying to save money and eat clean food. The shrimp scampi, pesto zoodles, lasagna, etc is all... amazing. So far out of 10 meals, there are two that I would not get again simply because of my disliking for the vegetables init. I am excited each day to try a new meal which makes the experience so fun. The workers I have encountered at the Perkin'slocation have been exceptional. I buy 20 at a time for 5 lunches and dinners for the week which comes out to $127 on Saturday. Read more

As i was leaving VA, I was a little hungry so...found this gem... at first was REAl skeptical....but i had this and blew my... mind.... tasted fresh. Even though it was microwaveable. They are able to help with diabetes and other issues.... just ask.Very friendly. Im going back on Sat cause that is when they get resupplyed. Read more
Overall I think this product is worth it. Especially if you go pick them up on Saturdays when the meals are $5. $7 on the normal... days maybe stretching it but you can still get them for six if you buy more than I think five or 10 meals the price drops to sixon the normal days. I tried a wide range of meals and I like pretty much all of them. The food is well seasoned and it'sactually really real food not frozen stuff made from powdered eggs and things like that. The only ones I would not get again isprobably the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast tacos and the brisket enchiladas. The corn tortillas seem to fall apart Theymight want to think about doubling those up like most taco trucks do with corn tortillas. The breakfast sandwich itself I justdid not care for the bread still none of them were bad they still tasted good. So I definitely recommend this place forpre-porting meals and they are also good for you and clean food. The portions may look small when you are holding the containerbut all of them turned out to be quite ample and kept me following between meals. The only reason I give them four stars wasbecause of the poor quality of the corn tortillas and also anything that has the word steak in it seems like they used the sameexact shredded beef seems kind of lazy They should have at least two different kinds of steak for different types of meals. Love the store, walk in pick out what you want, call in or order online for larger orders, i haven't had a bad meal yet. I eat... for numbers and GHMEALS provides clean fuel for me. Meals are always seasoned well, taste amazing, look good, fill you up, fuelyour muscles, cant go wrong. Read more

I?m getting cancer treatment and needed healthy, tasty, prepared meals soI went by Freshter yesterday. I got two breakfast meals... and a Shepherd?s Pie. They are gone! So after my treatment today, I went by and got 4 more. The prices aren?t bad but can stilladd up; however, if you are getting medical treatment or just trying to efficiently eat healthier (and hate cooking like I do),this is definitely worth working into your budget. I don?t eat pork, sweet potatoes, or many seafoods and I still found a lot ofappetizing meals. It?s a big relief to have this available. Read more
