Beautiful, quiet, almost romantic. Darrius and Austin were awesome in taking care of us during a dinner outing. No need for... reservations and we got there just before the dinner rush started. It?s nice to go somewhere where they require proper attireand the sign is posted outside. Because we were on a time limit Austin made sure to take our order and get it to us quickly in aprofessional manner. The food was filling and really good. Portions were awesome. I will return and will recommend this toanyone who wants classic Italian in a romantic setting. Read more

Amazing, decadent food! Very authentic Italian food with an Italian atmosphere as you'll hear Italian music in the background.

This was my first visit after living in the area and hearing about Gino?s for years. The service and atmosphere was great! I... ordered Spaghetti and meatballs with the thinking surely an Italian restaurant can make awesome Spaghetti and meatballs. Myentree was just that, spaghetti noodles and meatballs. I had to ask for the meat sauce, and when I received my bill, I wascharged extra for the meat sauce. Not a good first impression. Especially for the price of our meal. Read more

Wish I could?ve gotten a better photo of the dish I ordered but the lighting inside is very dim. Soon as I grabbed to door to... the entrance I saw a sign that mentioned proper attire. I was immediately greeted at the door and asked if there was a certainattire needed to be worn. Given I was wearing green adidas tiro pants and slides, I was still able to be seated. Have a feelingthey made an exception for me which I greatly appreciate. I sat at the bar. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Iordered the sole?a Pinot and shrimp champagne. Taste was amazing and the shrimp is definitely fresh. This place is great fordate night or having dinner by yourself. Either way very enjoyable. Read more

Went to Gino's for the first on Wednesday night with a good friend and his son. Upon entering the restaurant we were seated... pretty quickly which was a Blessing. Our Waiter did a fair job of taking care of us but their was another guy named Alfred don'tknow if he was a busboy or what his title is but he took great care of us making sure my water glass was filled and he even mademy friends son a small pitcher of Shirley Temples. His great service made up for the lack of service that we received from ourWaiter. The food was delicious. We both had the Salmon with bow tie pasta and I had to sample one of Gino's Awesome meatballswhich was the best I've ever had. Overall my first experience at Gino's was great and I will be going back there again. Read more

Brandon and all the bartenders were super accommodating at the bar. The recommendations were excellent. Veal, almond tiramasu,... and the chocolate mousse cake. Thursday night's dinner experience was extra special with live music. The 3 piece band was onpoint. My girlfriend had an awesome time! Highly recommend this Baton Rouge staple. Read more
