Used to like ordering from here. Decided to order sushi and was completely disappointed. The ingredients were not fresh. We... couldn't finish eating our order due to the food tasting so bad. Such a shame they don't care about quality. Read more

Ordered a lunch 2 roll special and tuna wontons... The wontons tasted like they were fried in old oil and the tuna inside was... very dried out. I think it was supposed to have a sauce with it which may have made it tolerable but you can't cover oil rancidgrease taste with any amount of sauce... The rolls would have been okay if the shrimp hadn't been friend in the same old rancidgrease. Had an awful aftertaste. Read more

Shrimp hibachi dinner was not good at all. Vegetables were chunky and hard. There was a brown sauce on half of the rice, the... shrimp, and the veggies. The taste of the sauce overpowered the taste of the food. Use to be a guaranteed good meal, this mealwas a fail. Read more

Was very disappointed, came here for my mom's birthday and to my surprise there was no hibachi which is not stated on their... website or even a sign outside. So we decided we would stay and eat. There was multiple problems with the order. The menu is notup to date and there is thongs that are stated on the menu that they say are no longer included. The waitress also made it soundlike it was out fault for wanting the noodles and rice with our hibachi like it is stated on the menu. On top of that thewaitress was on her phone most of the time and didn't care to refill our drinks or take away dirty plates. Also there is anautomatic 18% gratuity on top of your bill. So the waitress can be rude and not have a care and still get tipped. Awful and willnever be back. Me and my family have come here for over a decade and to hunans for generations. This left a bad taste in mymouth after having great service fir all those years... Read more

Sushi was ok. The menu definitely needs to be updated. We all got less food then the menu stated. We told our waitress that we... were missing food. She said the menu is wrong that there is nothing she could do. We eventually got together food the menustated. But she made it sound like it was our problem the menu was inaccurate. All of us never received a refill even after Ihad finished my coke before my meal. And on top of everything an 18% gratuity was automatically applied to our bill for a partyof 4. I’m very dissatisfied because I’ve been here multiple times before. I’m not sure if it was just tonight. But I’llbe sure to put Ginza on my Do Not Eat List. Read more

Sushi was okay, a little on the small side for the rolls. The big disappointment was the $5 cucumber salad that had zero... dressing and barely any sesame seeds. Overall I wouldn’t go back Read more

We come a few times a year to meet our buddy when he comes in town and they never let us down. They are attentive and their... sushi is delicious. They remember us and make us feel like family. Tonite we got edamame, spicy Kani salad, smoked salmonsashimi, squid salad and the kamikaze roll. It was so good, I forgot to get pics! I did capture one of the roll before it wascompletely devoured. EDIT AS OF 10/31/18: Customer service was awful tonight. The sashimi that came out on the sushi boats tasted both lackluster... and fishy (especially the yellowtail). Rolls were not adequately assembled; they fell apart with minimum chopstickmanipulation. They messed up our shrimp tempura appetizer and only brought out one shrimp from the getgo. Turns out that thethe owner had brought out the replacement shrimp and had given it to the sushi staff. She did admit this mistake, and they haveremoved this item from our bill. The waitress's service was lacking tonight as well, especially in terms of refilling our drinksand lately providing us with the proper plates for soy sauce and the rolls. She did give us a lot of pickled ginger asrequested, so she had that going for her. But even the pickled ginger tasted a bit sourer than normal. Unfortunately, tonight's visit has permanently soured my ratings of this facility to a one star. You guys dropped the ball incrediblyhard. OLD REVIEW: Generous portions and non-fishy taste for their sashimi dinners. Ginza roll is actually my favorite becauseit is flavor packed with excellent cuts of fish and balanced by just the right amount of rice. I found my new favorite sushirestaurant in all of Baton Rouge. Finally, the sauce that comes out with the tempura is what a proper tempura sauce should tastelike. Hints of finely pureed ginger and garlic to add refreshment to the palate for a standard fried appetizer. Read more
