Ordered lemon pepper wings and got plain. The fries are stale.
With them it?s either a hit or miss. The wings might be good or they might be bad. lately, honestly they?ve been bad every time... i order from them. they barely give you any fries, wings are small and it?s always cold. i don?t know what?s been going on withthem lately but they need to get it together because when I first started getting their wings a couple of months ago everythingwas good (food would be hot, they would give a lot of fries, just good quality in general) which is what made me keep going backbecause I felt like I was getting what I was paying for. Lately that has definitely not been the case, probably won?t order fromthem again because I haven?t been getting what I?ve been paying for. If you order from them, I would recommend ordering throughdoordash just in case you have any issues with your order, because they will give you your money back with ease. If you orderdirectly from the restaurant I?m not sure though. update: gave them another chance and ordered from them again, this time theygot the flavor of the wings wrong. do not order from them. it?s always something with your food that?s gonna be messed up sojust save your money and save yourself the frustration. Me and my boyfriend had mango habanero, southwest dry rub, garlic parmesan, and honey chipotle. the wings overall are a 7/10 the... fries have no flavor whatsoever. they were soggy and stale. Read more
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I checked in at 11 23 am, no response. I checked in again at 11:34am when the website stated my... order would be ready. At 11:45am I called the restaurant no one answered, I stayed on hold for 10min. Without a response. At12:00pm I got out the car and got my own order. When I walked in it was sitting on the shelf, the young lady immediately pickedit up and said oh I was just about to bring it to you. My food was Cold, my fries were hard and cold. I asked for a manager whowas at the checkout and she stated oh I'm sorry we got busy! However I would like to know what does the inside have to do withpickup or curbside. The manager could have brought the food out. Or another employee. This is unacceptable. I will NEVER ORDERANYTHING FROM WINGS OR THIS CHILLI'S AGAIN. Read more
Ordered doordash through them. After 45 minutes of the food not being ready. And door dash driver sitting outside 20 minutes... past the delivery time. My order was canceled at 10:30. No more places to order from. Thanks Read more

Cross contamination. I hate, I mean hate, buffalo sauce on my wings. I ordered honey chipotle wings, and mango habanero wings.... Both orders were obviously tossed in the same bowl buffalo wings were tossed in without being cleaned between. The bigger issueis that if they cross contaminated sauces, which are easily visible. How badly are they cross contaminating raw and cookedchicken? Will never order from here again, I advise you not to as well. Read more
Easily the worst service I have had. Order was said to be ready at 7:37. Checked in at 7:40. Sat there and watched other orders... come and go. I finally go in at 8:21. The lady I talked with was rude, Stating the ready time is an "estimated time" no apologyor anything. When I finally got my food it was cold and was sitting for a time. Just avoid this place.
