Everything seemed pretty good. Had a chicken sandwich while my partner had a breakfast sandwich. They didn't seem super busy... but my food wasn't super hot. Cold curly fries and I think I was given a coke zero instead of a normal one. But everythingtasted good and nothing made me regret eating there. Wish I got a little more food for my buck. Honestly cannot tell if this place is open or not. For the past week, I?ve been craving those curly fries but the drive thru and... lobby have the same ?wet floor? signs in front indicating that they?re not serving. What?s really going on??? Read more
One of the single worse JITB locations when it comes to service, never have I stopped and had a fully pleasant experience. It is... one of the few places available to eat at the late hour I get off work and has without fail been disappointing the pass fewtimes I was able to order. There other went after a long day and pulled to the menu and heard nothing, waited probably 10-15minsgiving the benefit of the doubt. Foolish me when I drive by the window at least 3 workers sitting around doing nothing( at thevery least tell me to f%@k off don't make me waste my time). Now tonight I drive up hoping (I get it, fool me once etc)and I'mmet with annoying excuse to deter customers with wet floor signs in front of the menu. So either the staff is just terrible ormanagement treats it staff terrible to the it trickles down to end up spiting customers, and leave a quick turn around of staff.This location is blacklisted in my mind from this point on...never again Read more
No customers and took 5 minutes to place order and another 10 to get it. Also asked to back up in line and wait behind a pole.... Got food and it was cold. Have no idea what they were doing in there with no customers. Dining area was closed and no cars inline behind us. Read more
Nice fresh, paid attention to details of the order. But I didn't get napkins, I waited a few min blew the horn, until I decided... to pull off. I saw the lady was cleaning the lobby.. Oh well, it happens. I didn't die my food was delicious and my large familyenjoyed thier meal also. They get 5 stars and they had some walking around cleaning up also. We will be back :-) Read more
The person taking the order was arrogant at the drive thru today evening. Had ordered the two tacos and asked for no cheese and... she did not even listen to it and asked me to drive ahead..!! She gave it with cheese. Had to throw it away and was a waste ofmoney. There was no lettuce inside..Bad experience overall..!! Read more
Waited 40 mins, at least 30 mins after I ordered my food. The food wasnt fresh even when I got it. I ordered the fajita pita,... had one large brown piece of lettuce. Pita was SO incredibly small. DO not get!! Worst fast food experience I've had in LA. Iordered the miny plain tacos, got them loaded. Normal person would be happy to save a $1. I didn't want the taco sauce and brownlettuce. Sourdough Jack combo in the late night.. everything was made to order like always so it was hot.. The only drawback: PORTIONS!... The burger was smaller than from a few years ago x the quality has dropped some, which is a common trend amongst a lot of fastfood chains. Should have for the two tacos on the side but I thought the sourdough was gonna be enough. Not bad though; justunderwhelmed from a legendary fast food! Read more
