Supposed to be a 24 hour establishment. 15 cars drove away after being ignored for 30 minutes at 10pm on October 9th of 2022.
I have been to this location several times. Each time is a new adventure. The employees always seem genuinely confused to find... themselves working at a Jack in the Box. It's as if they just teleported in a la Quantum Leap and are still orienting themselvesas to their new situation. This is made all the more distressing for them by finding themselves in a restaurant without workingequipment or the food to make menu items. I was once told I could not have 2 regular tacos but I could have 15 mini tacos.Another time, I ordered a large drink and was handed two mediums. My favorite, though, was being told they could not give me aBreakfast Jack because they had stopped serving breakfast. Which surprised me as I stared at the 10 foot BREAKFAST ALL DAY signdirectly in front of me. Despite a new surprise on each visit, the one constant is that they never have unsweetened icedtea. Please shut this place down so someone who wants to run a Jack in the Box can buy it and sell us tacos and iced tea. Read more
I love that the spot is 24 hours open. It has carried me through late night munchies when I worked overnight for school. I like... that it has different breads on the menu. I love the variety. The food quality needs to be better. The meat?s kindadry. Service is unpredictable there. Some days it?s perfect. And other days it would take like 30-45 minutes to get your foodwithout many customers there. Read more
Would love to give 5 stars. However I just moved to the area and after enjoying Jack in the Box for many years in California... I've been to this location only 3 times. Unfortunately each time something was unavailable. The soda fountain was inoperable onmy first visit, the ice machine was inoperable on my second visit, and on the third visit there were flavors unavailable fromthe soda fountain. Other than that I give 5 stars for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. Read more

Nobody has time to wait 30-45 mins in a drive through line. There's a reason it's called fast food. Emphasis on fast. Not... blaming this on staff bc I didn't wait long enough to see the staff working, I turned away after a while of waiting. But Isuspect that if corperate paid better and management managed better then drive throughs would run efficiently. Read more
