To be completely honest the staff here (usually in the later afternoon/night time) are surprisingly warm and welcoming! They are... always in such a good mood compared to some of the other places around. You guys are awesome and I appreciate you guys! Read more

Sit in order for 10 minutes. Call the store to see what was going on. Was told that someone was working the drive thru.. But the... manager that was on the phone. Her name is Shan or something like that .She had a horrible attitude and she DIDNT seem to careat all!! This was a horrible experience! Read more

Would give 0 stars, but can't. Ordered two items and curly fries. Got home and the meal item was wrong (had cheese and mayo,... which I was made to say I didn't want twice). Then I checked the second item, which was also not what I ordered (loaded tinytacos that cost $1 more, when I ordered them plain, again, having to clarify twice). If it had just been one item, I would havesucked it up and eaten my remaining food, but it was my entire order (including my large curly fry which was half-filled). So Iwent back. I go to the screen to explain and get halfway through before being cut off again and asked to pull around. At thewindow, what I assume to be the manager let me explain half of my issue, and then replied with "Well the screen says you orderedit with cheese." So I threw my bag onto the counter and drove away because he was definitely going to spit in my food. Mostlyupset that the bag I left contained my receipt, so I am unable to take a survey. Every employee present needed to work on theircustomer service listening ability, and because this is a Jack in the Box, my expectations were already pretty low... Read more
