I definitely didn't enjoy my experience. Ordered a medium pepperoni with light sauce. The cheese was almost burnt and there was... only essence of sauce. I expected half the normal sauce. The dough and sauce were bland. The employee was nice, no complaintsabout her, except she served me a pizza I'd have remade in my pizza days. Read more

Driving 8 hours from TX to LSU for incoming freshman and Tiger 2, noticing that GPS would get us there around 9:05 (5 minutes... after closing). Being from Monroe, home of Johnny's, we always eat it when we can. So I called and asked the nice lady thatanswered the phone if I ordered and paid now could she wait 5 minutes for me to get there, she said "Honey I'm sure thatwouldn't be a problem, but let me ask the manager." The answer was ????, suprising even her. She told me he wasn't only themanager but the owner, and he was standing in front of her shaking his head no. So being able to order it at 6:30 and alreadymade only waiting less than 5 minutes for us to pick it up? This is not only against the Spirit of Mr Johnny but poor leadershipexample for his employees, and depriving his staff from a pretty large tip! (I'm sure he would've clocked out and made herstay.) It saddens me to give Johnny?s anything less than 5 stars. That said, this location deserves exactly 1 star. I?ll give it 2... stars for now. The service has been absent and the quality lacking well before Covid. At time of writing it is evenworse. Despite that, I still give this location a chance regularly? and they regularly fail to meet basic expectations.Employees are routinely goofing around, the service is awful, and order mix ups are common. It took them over 1 hour to make mysimple cheese party pizza? while I waited because the first pizza wasn?t correct all while the restaurant was not at all busy. The phones are often left ringing and online ordering is frequently down. These are not one-off event but a consistent pattern. Please do better, y?all. We need y?all to step up. Read more

I was hoping to get some pizza the other day. I got there and saw no one up front. I didn't hang around long to wait to see if... anyone came up. Mostly because the buffet wasn't open, and i was trying to grab a quick a lunch. Pretty bummed because I liketheir pizza and could not sit and wait for them to make one. I can't fault the place if the buffet was shut down for businessreasons, or covid related reasons. The pizza has always been good, but I went to be able to eat and get out quickly, which wasnot their fault if the buffet has been shut down. Read more

Do not order deliver you will get a baked take and bake which is not the same and when I put on the notes of my order they I... would like a real pizza and not a baked take and bake they decided to send me an unbaked take and bake! Terrible service! GuessI?m eating bad pizza on Mother?s Day. I ordered a 14 in sausage pizza not take and bake. Read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but this location deserves it. Johnnys has great pizza when they actually manage to get the order... right or be on time. But, they can?t. We were very happy when they opened several years ago but have been consistentlydisappointed. They?ll give us the wrong order - leave off toppings - put toppings we didn?t ask for - lose the ticket to makethe order. After that happens we will say screw it and not order from them for a year or so. We love the pizza so we will givethem another chance but the same issues arise. On top of that, the atmosphere and workers are simply miserable. I don?t expectChic Fil A but it?s worse than Popeyes. When you walk in to pick up your order at the counter the employees never acknowledgeyour presence, move in slow motion barely and barely speak. This has been the case for years. I want to give the benefit of thedoubt and say we?ve been unlucky can?t anymore. It?s sad. This is an ownership issue- it?s simply an ingrained culture ofapathy at this location. When a business is run like this for years it?s not on the employees or managers; it?s ownership. Trainyour employees better, pay them more, go on site and lead by example. Do something before you lose even more customers. I don?twish any ill will buy Lit and Jabby?s are opening locations all over. At a certain point unless this improves tremendously youwon?t stay open for long. For us, we will never be going back. The most recent example: My wife ordered a well-done pizza withlight sauce and got this barely even cooked pizza (crust pictured) and definitely not light sauce. Read more
