Very impressive pizza. I got deep dish Hog Heaven and the name was fitting. Next time I will try the hand tossed crust but I was... indeed happy with the deep dish. I also got a peach pudding pie. If you want pizza that's not fresh cause the dough is stretched poorly 24 hours before it's used and then stored in a walk-in... cooler overnight then you came to the right place. They treat their employees horribly and even think you lie when you'd haveproof to show you're telling the truth. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. P.S. it's not ok to pick on minors just because you have anagenda against your employee management! Edit: also I hope you kept cleaning that black mold up too, serving food that's storednear black mold can be a severe health hazard. Read more
We used to order delivery from the Central location on a weekly basis. Then they stopped delivering, but their pizza was good... enough to justify picking it up. Since Covid tho, they've gone way down hill. However today was the last straw. I was 7 minutesaway when I called and placed my order for a BBQ Blast chicken pizza. When I arrived much to my surprise the pizza was alreadydone. That's because it had been sitting for who knows how long. They gave me a cold pizza. I was overcome by the urge to"Karen" up, and I called. Instead of saying bring the rest of the pizza to me, or we'll make it right, he argued with me aboutwhether or not the pizza was cold. We tried Johnny's Pizza for the first time and truly enjoyed the Pizza. We got a "Sweep the Kitchen" - minus the anchovies and... jalapeños. It reminded me of the Pizza places we went to when I was a kid. Tasty ingredients, well put together, doing Pizzaand doing it right. My husband enjoyed the breadsticks and cheese sauce. I was much more into the Pizza. The staff was verypleasant, and the restaurant was clean. We'll definitely be back. Read more
Worst Johnny's I've ever been to. We always go to the one on Highland, and when we're in the Shreveport area we frequent several... of their locations quite a bit. We mistakenly attempted to give this location a shot. We placed an order earlier today andrequested to pick it up at 1:45. They didn't start making it until we got there at 1:50. No apology. When we finally got ourfood, even though it was supposedly just made, our muffuletta bread was already soaking wet and fell apart when we picked it upwhile checking our order in the store. Our bags of chips were literally just crumbs like the bags had been smashed. The mauiwowie was awful...pineapple tasted off, and there were maybe 5 tiny pieces of ham; crust was way thinner than any other Johnny'sI've ever eaten from. The large pepperoni was paper thin and was basically just burnt crust slathered in grease. Large sectionsof the pizza had no crust because the dough was so thinned out before it went in the oven that it shrunk out from under thecheese. I always select the "well done" option for breadsticks because a lot of places undercook them, and obviously thislocation thinks well done means burn it. I can't believe I paid $50 for a meal that had to be thrown away because of howdisgusting it tasted. We will never come to this location again. Read more
The pizza looks so Appetizing, it was the deep dish crust. The crust had a nice crispness to it. My only draw back is, not much... flavor I really didn't taste most of the toppings the sausage was only taste that was pronounced. The mushrooms weren't fresh Ithink they were either out of the jar or canned, kinda chewy the other vegetable in my opinion could have cooked a littlelonger, the pizza sauce needs a little work but maybe that could be that there's some people that can't do spicy. Would I goback? Maybe, but I would definitely take some pizza seasoning with me. I gave 3 ???? because the pizza look very good, it justneeds a little tweaking.. Read more
