Dear Colonel Sanders, please shut down this location. Waited 35 minutes in a drive through, designed so I can't drive away. ... Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches which were dry as a bone, no pickles, dripping with sauce. Also ordered a burrito supreme,no sour cream and the lettuce taste spoiled. Will never return. Just bought a $20..00 bucket of chicken, original. All the pieces of chicken were dark brown and dry. Looks like they reheated... yesterdays chicken and tasted like it. You bet I'll be checking the meal before I leave the parking lot next time. Read more

We ordered online at 6 pm. Our order was supposed to be ready by 6:08. We got there at 6:20. They haven't even started it. We... had to wait another 30 mins for them to make everything. We didn't get our order until 7:10pm. This is ridiculous. We usuallydon't have a problem. But there was no excuse. Especially since we pulled up, people were on a smoke break for almost the entiretime we were waiting. They can do better. Read more
