Got 2 McDoubles and both were room temperature at best. The fries were good and hot though.
Wish I could give this location negative stars! My entire order was burned on top of NOT getting what I ordered. I made multiple... attempts to call from my job and even when I got off of work! No one answered the phone to hear of my dissatisfaction! It isridiculous that the employee who made my meal had no regard and cared less about customer service. I threw it in the trash! Mycoworkers couldn?t believe someone actually served that, it was just that bad! I was warned not to even go to this location butit was convenient to my place of employment. Stopped for a quick bite while traveling from Texas to Florida. Upon entering, the floors were disgusting like they had been... mopped with old dirty water and the bathrooms were a mess! If it was just me, I would have turned around and found a differentplace, but I had 2 hungry kiddos with me who were already road weary. To start, we were the only ones inside and it took 15minutes to get the food. I figured since we got there early, at least our food would be fresh, as ?fresh? as you can get atMcDonald?s. Wrong! Can someone explain how fries are cold at 10:55 am?! The serving counter was gross, all the fries were dumpedin the bag upside down and the hamburger was thrown together with the sauce all over the bun. I don?t expect a lot fromMcDonald?s. We all know going in it?s mediocre. I just expect the service to be better, the restaurant to be clean, napkins inthe bag and for my fries to be hot, especially right when the lunch service starts! The entire area around this establishment issubpar in general. People begging for money on the corner and others walking with shopping carts across the street. I am very met after I swallow the deluxe crispy chicken, which is not at all. I arrived around 10: 50 PM, so it was almost... closed. I didn't know that after I got home check. I was hungry but didn't know what to eat. So will try something a bitdifferent. I don't like drink or fries, so I didn't order a meal. I took the burger from cashier and ate the burger at home.The burger is weird as it is not crispy and not golden (almost black). The outside was very soggy. I was hungry and justfinished it, but now I realized I should have been given something that should thrown away!!!!! I felt so disgusting and had towrote it down (I don't like to write review in usual). If they don't have that, they can just tell me they don't serve that. But gave me something that can't even worse than any dollar meal, really bad behavior. I should be aware from their attitude,when they ask me if I need a meal and I rejected. This McDonalds seems to be better to visit until around 5pm. The breakfast and lunch crew's hustle to get u in and out. The... night staff is a little rough around the edges but has shown some improvement over the past month. Lunchtime drive thru, youmight smoke the tires. Fun lunch crew!! Read more

This McDonald's is one of the worst ones in Baton Rouge .I love their strawberry cream pies and at this location the pies are... always brunt , I have told them so many times ever time I order these pies from here they are never done right. Not once havethe pies not been burned I even took pics n recorded them just to show them that I am not trying to get free food . I know umight be wondering why don't I go to another one well at the moment I don't have a car so I have to rely on walking and u thinkthat I wanna walk to end up with burned pies. Let me not forget I order the 2 for 5 I order a big Mac n nuggets walk back towhere I lived on this night I was dying my hair so when I get back I put the dye in my hair cause I was going to eat while thedye set in my hair so when I open my bag no Big Mac so I had to walk all the way back with hair dye in my hair cause they forgotto put the burger in my bag.
