Love this McDonald's, it's the only one I come to. Staff is always friendly, food is 98% of the time correct and made right,... there's a white girl there that always wears the blue shirt and she has medium length straight black or brown hair, she's reallycute. I just moved back home to BR after moving out of state for a couple years, and Covid hit this location hard. My husband got a... couple burgers, and you could play hockey with the patties. The service wasn?t great, but I figure that?s what happens when youdon?t pay employees a living wage. It?s not this bad in other states. Yikes. Read more

Service at this location during the middle of the afternoon was painfully slow, especially for a double drive-thru setup. I saw... several vehicles just pull out of line before they even got to place their order. Then the cashier at the first window didn'tutter a word and kept the sour look during the entire transaction.(A pet peeve.) On the other hand, the food was ready when Igot to the second window, and the order was correct and relatively warm .. which is a win for McDonald's drive-thru in myopinion! So overall, not the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. And hey, what do you expect? You're not paying for anintimate candle lit dinner atmosphere either, so you can't really expect that kind of service. Read more
Back in 2016 this used to be the best McDonald?s! Now I haven?t had a okay experience in ages. I don?t usually post reviews... however this is deserving! Reason 1: we order curbside, person comes out and states ?they don?t have someone to take food tocurbside.? Sir, why are YOU outside then. Could have just brought the food! I swear I probably had the most confused expressionon my face. Reason 2) sat at curbside for over 20 minutes the other day only to sit in the drive through for 15 more with onlyone car ahead of me at the speaker? yikes! Reason 3) trying to order breakfast on the app at 8 am? the app states that breakfastis not available at this time? so I order from a different location and it?s fine! Now I go to the location by Costco, and havenever ever had an issue there. Read more
i normally like to get mcdonald?s for breakfast. this is the closest one to my house. i have had to leave 30 minutes before my... shift just to get breakfast because these people are SO slow. and you can forget getting anything with icecream or frappes. they?don?t have those? probably because they?re too lazy to make it. the attitude is always awful. they treat their customers withcomplete disrespect. as someone who works in the food industry, i really expected better. i wouldn?t ever be able to treatpeople like this and move on with my day like nothing happened. It's McDonald's so I don't expect much but 10 minutes per car in the drive through, and no answer after 2 minutes at menu is on... a Saturday evening is pretty wack. Got stuck in line for 30+ minutes and couldn't leave. Have had multiple bad experiences atthis location. Taco Bell next door does just fine though, lol Read more
