Drive thru takes your order with an attitude. I don't like they always want to pull you, even if it's not a special order..
All I got was a large fry and they were cold. It?s almost like the workers think they?re serving robots and when we leave we?re... not a customer anymore but that?s not true. Worst service and product availability I've ever experienced, I come to this McDonald's every week for soft drinks meals snacks... but after 9:00pm on any given day you can not get any ice cream or frappe's and if the line is long all they will have to servethe public is bottled water??? what's wrong with that picture,hint bad management.!!! Hopefully this was a one-time inconvenience, but I highly doubt that. When we pulled up, the lights were off but there was still... a small line. After sitting in said line for an extended period of time, my husband finally rolled down his window where hecould hear workers yelling and fighting in the parking lot. Then when it finally was quiet, he noticed the one wearing theheadset was just sitting there smoking a cigarette. After over 45 minutes, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. My whole order was messed up. I asked for a double quarter pounder value meal and got a... quarter pounder instead. I asked the clerk 3 times was that a double cause it didn't say double on the screen. She confirmed itwas indeed a double. Got my bag it was a regular of course. Very disappointed with the service at this location. I decided to place a curbside order because the drive-thru line was... extremely long. I placed my order using a coupon for a twenty piece McNuggets and two fries. I noticed the drive-thru clearedout THREE times and I was still waiting. Over fifteen minutes had passed so I decided to call; no one answered. I called asecond time, the phone was busy. My third time calling someone answered and their voice had a tone of being aggravated. I saidI'm calling to check on a curbside side order that was placed over 15 minutes ago. They said it's on the way out now and I saidok. A few minutes later we received the food. When my daughter looked in the bag we had one spicy nugget and one regularnugget. My daughter tried to eat the spicy nuggets but they were cold and looked old. I called the store because I didn't havetime to turn around. I was promised that I could pick-up the same meal that I ordered the next day at no cost. Went there thenext day to pick-up my food and I was told the manager that told me that was off and they had no way of verifying what I wastelling them. LONG STORY SHORT I LIVE OVER 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Read more
Common place McDonald restaurant Pros: We are near the highway so it?s very convenient but can come in and order. They have new... remodeled so everything is nice and on the technologies make this place very modern. They have set up ordering kiosk is on thenew decoration.
