Fast service with really good customer service. Food is always hot and very tasty, never any complaints. Always extremely... friendly and always asking if you need anything else. This is the only place where I can get hot French fries ???? withouthaving to ask for them too. In and out service. I always stop at this location McDonalds every time I get a chance too. Read more
Not much difference between any McDonald's food is ok if you lucky and get your order right, customer service is always a gamble... on any location is either excellent with workers that understand hospitality or is horrible with workers that make you feel youasking for a service is a big inconvenience to their time. Gave my order to the woman working the drive through and the order was wrong on the screen. I try telling her politely the... order is wrong and she gets and attitude and yells at me to pull up. So I drive off. If rather wait a little longer at theDrusilla location that put up with this person's horrible attitude. Read more

This McDonald's is usually heavily packed in the drive-thru, so I normally don't come here. That said, I was able to come on a... very slow period and get some chicken nuggets and french fries. It was a very basic expectation and standard. The only reasonwhy there's one star off is that I felt my order took a bit longer than normal for a simple order. Read more
Every single time at this one location the food and service is the worst McDonald?s there is in Baton Rouge! I use to work for... McDonald?s as a teenager and my managers did not tolerate any of this. A girl was laughing on the intercom when I pulled upwhich caused her not to hear my order I had to repeat it several times. My order was very simple 6 pc nugget small fry. Fry wasvery crunchy no salt but my child ate it. The nuggets were wayy too hard to endure. Management would you please hire a new crew.Oh and I had to go through the drive thru twice because they had the order wrong. Read more
