Inconsiderate and unorganized. They tell us (my Hispanic partner and I) to “choose a seat anywhere” and we will have someone... come attend us soon. We sit, and we’re waiting for what feels like forever and no one comes. Shortly after 10 minutes of uswaiting, a Hispanic couple come in and they’re immediately attended to. No one even looks at us to take our order. I will notgo again. Read more

Stumbled upon this place by mistake. The food was ok. The waitress takes your order, brings it to you then leaves you alone.... They do not have desserts! Not even flan! :-( Read more

The Vibe in this place was great the great you at the door. I didn't really understand the Spanish. But they will have some one... who can speak English. The even have Bottle drinks . It was good. Food was smashing until I found a hair in my food. I wanted tocry, the food is amazing and it was my first time here. I'll give it an UPDATE after I get another plate one day. Read more

Very good food. We were too late for the buffet had the mixed skewer (beef, chicken and shrimp), a Gordita, and a pork... tamale. Skewers had 3 color bell peppers an onions, rice and black refried beans. Masa for the tamale was excellent, and porktender and very flavorful. Chunks are large, so if you like a little of everything on every bite. Break them up first. Milderthan most American Mexican and Tex Mex. Spices are more cumin, curry and milder peppers, not cayenne, paprika and chilipowder. Food did not come fast, and server warned us that the skewers took time. Food prepared per order takes time. Shebrought us out everything as it became ready, which worked well. Read more

3 stars because the food is good, that’s not at all the issue. I’d have easily given 5 star if only they had better... service… make sure you’re not in a rush or hangry when you go because they take a ridiculous amount of time in bringing thefood out :/ I’ve been here about 3 times already & it was always the same so I’d just expect it at this point. I also mayhave given it a lower rating if it wasn’t because this city doesn’t really seem to have that many good spots for Latin foodto choose from or to recommend instead… so yeah, its unfortunate that one of the few good spot comes is so slow, hope thischanges & that newer reviews can say the service is better. This is one of my favourite restaurants because they make the best baleadas that I've had outside of Honduras. Their pupusas and... pastelitos are also really good. They only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the service is trash. The waitressesdon't greet you as you walk in the door, nor are they very attentive. There were 2 ladies there before, a year or so ago andthey were awesome; however, it seems like they are no longer there as I don't see them anymore. The new waitresses need customerservice training. Otherwise, great place. Read more

The food is yummy, and it is reasonably priced. but that's it. When you walk through this restaurant's door, the staff all look... at you as if you had broken into their house. Despite the place not being busy at all, nobody comes to greet you, nobody offersyou a table, nothing. They just stare at you until you ask if you can sit wherever you want. The person who waited on me broughtme the menu without greeting me, she just stood there, she didn't ask me if I wanted to order something to drink, nothing, shejust awkardly stood there next to the table for about 30 seconds while I was trying to see how the menu was organized. Shefinally asked if I wanted something to drink. I ordered an agua de horchata and, since I saw her acting annoyed and impatient, Iordered a carne asada torta with fries. There was no smile, nothing to acknowledge that they appreciate having you as acustomer. I went to the bathroom while they prepared my food, there was no soap, which is gross and always a red flag in arestaurant. It took them about 15-20 minutes to prepare my food despite the place being almost completely empty the first 20-30minutes that I was there. The torta was delicious, the fries were perfect, that's why I gave this place 2 stars instead of onlyone. However, I felt that the waiting staff was treating me as if they were doing me a favor the whole time I was there. Theynever brought me any water, they never came by my table to ask if I needed a refill on my agua de horchata or if everything wasok with the food, nothing. Everyone, including the cashier, acted as if they'd rather not have you there, they act as if youwere inconveniencing them. I will not come back. Read more
