Cakes tasted pretty good. Only downside was that the plastic container they had them in made the bottoms soggy. I placed the... order online the day before and watched as she grabbed them out of the display cooler when I got there to pick them up. Disappointed. My Mom loves these cakes. Was going to order some for her upcoming Birthday online via this location's website.... They appear to advertise delivery on their site. But when I progressed to checkout, the prompt said that it doesn't deliver toher address -- 2.7 miles away? This location must have a very small delivery radius? Hmmm, .... Read more
Don?t get me wrong the cakes taste great but why list a flavor then tell the customers that desired flavor isn?t even one they... have daily? It shouldn?t even be listed as one of their set flavors if it?s not provided. I hate that I had to make a trip allthe way just to be told I?m supposed to call to ensure a set flavor isn?t available. Called regarding is a Carrot Cake to confirm they had one and in season. I was told yes ma'am. I responded ok perfect I'm headed... your way. Drove 20 minutes on my lunch break only to THEN be informed once I arrived that they need to be ordered and would take30 minutes to be ready. Was 100% NOT INFORMED of that on the phone or definitely would have placed an order! Now my daughtersbirthday cake will need to come from somewhere else. THIS IS HER FAVORITE CAKE! Wow! Read more
I've never had a bad experience. Each time I have visited, I didn't spend more than 5 - 10 minutes in the store. THEIR CAKES ARE... AWESOME!!! Red Velvet and Lemon are my favorite but each flavor is grrrrrrrrrrrreat! The cakes are so delicious, soft, andmoist. My family and friends will ALWAYS be customers. I did an online order on Monday May 2nd with a pickup time of 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday May 3rd. On the website it specifies to... arrive at your selected time in order to ensure social distancing. I arrived around 11:35 expecting to walk in, give them myname for the order that I had already paid for, receive my items and leave. I should have been there no longer than 10 minutes.I was told that it would be a few minutes and they would have my order out. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked theemployee at the counter if she could check on my order. She came back and told me they were icing the cakes and it would beabout 10 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and still did not have my cakes. I was not the only one in there having to wait.One of the employees stated that this was common because of all the holidays happening this week. I feel that this is completelyunacceptable especially since the order was done online with a specified time. If the bakery is unable to have cakes readyduring a specific time slot, that time should not be available when booking online. The staff did not seem the least bitconcerned that we were all inconvenienced by this. It took me nearly 45 minutes to receive an order that should have been readywhen I arrived. I will definitely not be ordering from Nothing Bundt ever again. Read more
AMAZING cakes! Friendly staff but I wish they did samples. But the few flavors we did try so far have been out of this world.... Person favorite is white chocolate raspberry but the red velvet is good and so is the vanilla. Must try their cakes Read more
