the curbside wait time was great.. in my opinion. my friend had the filet, which was amazing. it literally melted in my mouth.... i ordered the shrimp & chicken pasta. it was extremely dry. there was almost no alfredo sauce & my shrimp wasn?t cookedcompletely. also i didn?t receive my chocolate sauce & chocolate shavings for my thunder & light; which was disappointingbecause that?s the reason i ordered it. if i visit again i?ll make sure to request extra alfredo sauce & double check mychocolate sauce & shavings. We had the best dinner here tonight! Although it was busy, everyone was polite and wait times were reasonable. We were sat in a... timely manner and taken care of immediately. The service was the best I have ever had at Outback. I noticed the manager, John,passed our table several times making sure we were taken care of, as well as the other guests. I was very impressed that he washelping his servers out in any way he could to make the night run as best as possible. The best management, the best service,the best food! Our steaks were wonderful. Would highly recommend and we will be back! If every Outback had a manager as engagedas John at the Baton Rouge location, they would all run this smooth! Read more

Absolutely the worst service and steak I have ever had at any Outback Steakhouse. I sat at the bar where the bartender told me 3... times in about 20 minutes that she?d be right w me. Finally the manager came out to serve me a beer. I ordered a 12 ounceribeye. This picture is the grisly fat that I pulled from my steak. I showed the manager and she asked if I would like anotherone. I said no and gave her a chance to take it off my bill but she didn?t. I am a huge Outback fan but this trip was not worthit! 3 thumbs down Outback Steakhouse Baton Rouge. You failed! Read more
