Recently we went to P.F. Changs to celebrate my birthday. Its been a while we haven't been there and their menu changed quite a... bit. We tried their Dynamite shrimp and handmade dumpligs for appetizer. The dynamite shrimp was a hit with the kids and thehandmade dimplings came in a sauce of chilli oil and placed over a plate of salt. They looked much better than their taste. Theydidnt taste any exceptional. Their signature Lo mein and their short rib fried rice were also OK. We liked the seasoning oftheir rehular fried rice over the short rib one. We thought it needed a tad bit more flavour. The kids loved their kids mealsand it was filling enough for them. We also ordered couple drinks - kyoto bloom and another drink (i forgot the name). They wereto their mark. The best out of everything we had that day was their dessert - The Great Wall of Chocolate. It was truely achocolate haven. Marlene was a great waitress, she recommend great choices. She kept us in the know. There was a bar tender they said he was new,... whoever teaching him did a wonderful job with training him because his drinks tasted like he's been doing it foryears. My mom and I got lunch togo today from here. We drove all the way back home across the bridge to eat at home. I have now found 5... pieces of egg shell in our food. I called after the 5th piece to let them know of our disappointment and being nervous to eateach bite... The manager was so kind and understanding. She offered a gift card to redeem the matter. Bartender Gavyn waited on me and my mother today and provided superior service! His knowledge of mixed drinks and his food... recommendations were SPOT-ON! If you are looking for the freshest, best tasting Asian food in the Baton Rouge area, look nofurther than PF Chang's! We were in Baton Rouge for JSM Camp Meeting and after arriving we started searching for Chinese Delivery near us so Google said... PF Changs and we decided to give it a try. We loved the App to order for delivery it was very classy and professional lookingeasy to navigate and user friendly. Okay the 1st night honestly wasn't very good at all as the entire meal was an onion smell ofwhich we selected on the online app to remove. So Easter Sunday night when many businesses were closed we decided to give PFanother try. We loved it we feel it probably was a different cook maybe but the entire meal was delicious. The bags were sealedcompletely, Bowls were huge, plates were huge the portions actually lasted 3 meals. We ordered the sesame chicken with rice itwas absolutely amazing the chicken was REAL chicken the best we had EVER tasted seriously. We also ordered Chicken Fried Rice,Chicken Lo Mein, and Egg Drop Soup. So to top it on off and since it was Easter we decided to splurge a little and ordered theGREAT WALL of Chocolate CAKE. It was delicious as the rest. Thank you PF Chang's making our Easter dinner amazing. Oh definitelycannot forget to add when my husband picked up the order the staff came out to ensure everything was correct we ordered as hetook the receipt and made sure all was in our order. My husband took me back for the first time in a while, and as always the food was very good. But what MADE our night was our... server Hannah! She was AMAZING!!! I would genuinely come back just for her even if the food wasnt good! 10/10 would patron anyplace she worked at!!
