The pizza was good and fresh and they didn?t give us no cold pizza I will be ordering again
We were on the way home from a softball game, and decided at the last minute to stop in at Papa John's. Pulled up front, went in... and were greeted by a very friendly crew. Took our order . Ordered online, everything went smoothly. Received a phone call right around the time the pizza should be here (waited 40mins.)... They inform me they don't have any driver's to deliver the pizza, do I want to VOID my order or pick it up? Like what?! You canproceed with my order almost an hour ago, process my bank card and charge me for a delivery, just to call me and tell me I stillhave to pick it up. Okay that's fine, but don't allow anyone to order for delivery if you don't have drivers to begin with.Y'all should of called me the moment I placed my order. Instead of after my order was ready, now it's cold and I just wasted $75dollars bc y'all can't staff your business. Ridiculous. Read more
Toppings were skimpy...hardly any cheese. Ordered a 5 topping pizza (which costs a fortune) and it was mostly onions! Very poor... quality pizza. Definitely not worth the price. Walmart deli pizzas are better than this papa Johns. Read more
I ordered pizza last night online at 6:06. Receipt shows the pizza left right at an hour later (6:56). It got to my food at... 7:35. The new sandwiches were dry, barley warm with very little filling. Was very disappointed. Not sure who was at fault for itbeing right at 1 ½ hours to get our order delivered. I called at an hour and they said it was in the way. It was exactly what I expected. I ordered carry out and my pizza was ready when I got there. Tastes good too!
Ordered two pizzas from here and was told it would be 20-25 minutes until they were ready. Perfect. Drove ALL the way to pick up... the pizzas and was told that they had no order for me (even after the order was described and the name I put it under). I lookedin my phone to see if I had dialed the wrong location, but I hadn't. How can people be this incompetent?! CalledDomino's...ACTUALLY GOT my pizza. I will never go back. Read more
