Food was pretty okay ? some of mine was rather cold. The lady at the line did apologize and offer to let me get something... different. Felt a bit overpriced for the quality of food (but you get quite a bit for the price in our opinion)! My friend and Ienjoyed it nonetheless. Never saw our waitress though. Read more

Place was nice and clean and workers were nice and friendly. Honestly the food wasnt the same like 2+ years ago. I went to this... location after not eating at picadilly since 2020. I think the green beans and black eyed peas didnt have enough seasoning. Mycrawfish etouffe wasnt to warm either I didnt wanna ask for another plate. Ill give picadilly another chance but if the food isthe same way I dont plan on coming back. Read more
I will never eat at this eatery again, decided to stop in for lunch and I was sorry I did, the ladies on the food line rushed my... friend and I not giving us much time to make selections. The food was bland and the fish was hard tasted as though someone tookold fish and droped it in recycled grease.My friends chicken was dark on the outside yet pink and raw on the inside ???? theplace smelled musty and I observed 2 employees engaged in some type of dispute. (unprofessional ) The nastiest of my experiencewas the stinky attitude of the middle-aged cashier. Her disposition was very ugly and she glared at us and other customers asthough we were leopards. From the time I entered, very clean, staff friendly, food good and waiter Josh was awesome, he brought me napkins before i could... ask, held a small conversation, checked on each customer as they say down. This kind of service is a "Dinosaur" these days. ButPiccadilly CEO and COO and Immediate supervisors , give honor where it is due Josh and the Line staff and very nice Cashier. Donot overlook them and you take the credit for the good service. They we're awesome. And I will come back to this Essen Lanelocation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is the third time we have eaten here and it was just as bad this time as it was the other two times. the fried catfish... wasn't done and the salad had a bad tomato in it. the hamburger steak had so much salt in it, we couldn't eat it. the goodpoint was the waitress knew this and she gave us some free desert. She was very nice. we will not come back. 3rd strike! itcost us $32 for two. Read more

Such a throwback memory for as a childhood dinning experience. I grew up eating at Piccadilly's in Corpus Christi and Houston... till they all closed down in the mid 90s. I love their food. It washes so much flavor and food choices. I'm so happy to haveeaten at Piccadilly's in my adulthood. Read more
