We've eaten at Shrimp Hut, Burger Hut, and Alligator Hut, plus we've shopped at Hat Hut and we love it during football games... when the QB says "Hut hut"...and none of them have pizza that even comes close to Pizza Hut. Our pizzas weekend round, cut intoeight slices (and - for real - both pizzas were sliced completely through, which is rare these days), and though we contend thatone pizza lacked extra pepperoni and extra cheese both pizzas were tasty, and we look forward to reheating the leftovers forlunch. Pro Tip: never, ever reheat pizza in a microwave oven! Set your oven to 400° and place the slices on a pizza pan orscreen, put the pizza in the preheating oven, and set the timer for 8 minutes. The crust comes out crisp, not soggy (especiallyif you use a pizza screen). The Pizza Hut near us has had staffing issues for a couple of years now, so they finally turnedtheir delivery over to Door Dash, and it's working out great. MUCH more reliable than before, and the drivers don't stand aroundwaiting to see if they can take two or three deliveries in the same trip (at least, the map that shows where the driver is neverhas any stops before they get to us). I must say, until COVID the Huts here had significant quality control issues. DuringCOVID they lost a lot of drivers and were mostly carry out. But now, the quality has returned and the pies are consistentlygood. So kudos to whoever they brought in and trained the staffs to pay attention. We do sometimes miss the dining rooms at theHut. Pizzas came out roaring hot, and the salad bar was really good for it's size. We are going to Hawai'i next month and hopeto dine at a Hula Hut, by the way. Maybe there's one in the eastern side of the island, the Hilo Hula Hut. That would be cool. Read more
I will never return to this Pizza Hut location. We arrived a little ahead of our order pick up time, so we had to wait a few... minutes. That wasn?t the issue. The issue was the cut of our pizza and the toppings. Our pizza was nice and hot when we got it,so that was good. However, immediately upon opening the box, we noticed that the pizza wasn?t cut evenly. Again, not a hugedeal. We ordered the tastemaker. On this particular pizza, the customer is allowed 3 toppings. We chose pepperoni, onions, andgreen peppers. Our pizza was loaded with green peppers and onions but they seemed stingy with the pepperoni. Why? I feel thatthe customer should get what they pay for! Moreover, our pizza was on the dry side. The sauce was not consistent throughout.It?s clear that the employees don?t pay attention to how they make the pizzas. I ordered two pizzas and they were well prepared, but more than that, the service, kindness and friendliness of this location... was very significant. Everyone greeted me kindly. Although I was there for a carryout order, I left behind a tip due to theirkindness! :) Read more
The WORST Pizza Hut experience of my life. First I placed my order to be curbside and was informed that they didn?t do curbside... after waiting outside for 10mins. I ordered a large cheese stuffed crust pizza and was given a pizza with meat on it and itwasn?t a stuffed crust pizza. The girl in the store stated that they didn?t have any stuffed crust so I asked for a large pancheese pizza instead. I waited over 30 mins and had to go inside to check on the pizza and the girl asked ?I didn?t come bringyou your pizza?? I said no and was given another box that looked used and it was a large thin crust cheese pizza that lookeddry. I will NEVER order from this location again. I saw multiple other individuals bring back orders to the store. Save yourtime and money and go to another location!!! I wish I could give a negative star!!! Read more
My husband and I live close to and have given this Pizza Hut several tries. Each time has been pretty bad. From not giving us... the correct order to taking way too long. Our last straw was this past week. 1. I guess they couldn't get our box to close withthe food that's advertised to fit in it, so they took some of the cheese sticks out. Keep in mind, this first picture was takenbefore we even touched the food. 2. A long piece of hair was cooked all into the cheese of 2 different slices. Just horrible. I called to order pizza, and called three times (stayed on phone 5 min per call). Someone continued to pick up... the phone and send me back to the recording. I drove to this awful place of a business and there no customers there. So why notanswer the phone? All the staff are sitting down talking while one person is making the pizza. I made a comment to one of theworkers about no one picking up the phone. This lady had the audacity to tell another person working to take my order cuz shedidn?t have the time as she has her iPhone attached to her ears talking to her friend. As I?m sitting here waiting on my pizzato get get done, I decided to call the number to see if anyone would pick it up and guess what, they sent the call to recordingand continued talking.
