I have never had a bad experience with this location until yesterday I placed an online order for delivery I get a message... minutes before it's suppose to be delivered saying that my order will be delivered by doordash. 30 minutes after the time myorder should arrive I called pizza hut to see where my food was I was told that my order was in fact picked up and once theyhand it to the delivery person it's no longer they responsibility. So I asked about a refund I was told in order to get a refundI need to contact doordash keep in mind I didn't order my food through doordash I used pizza hut website. I called doordash tocancel my order the guy was very friendly and polite unlike the Mgr at pizza hut he informed me that he's able to cancel myorder but due to the fact that I ordered it on their website he can't refund me my money and I totally understood that. He triedcalling the store no one picked up the phone I tried calling again someone picked up and hung up and I tried calling again andthey never answered. Worse customer service ever not the way you treat people that pays your salary oh I forgot to mention I wastold I'm just out of $40.00 basically. I think not she must not know me. Read more
On 8/13/2022 I ordered a Large Specialty Pizza. I preferred a Pepperoni Lovers. It barley had any pepperoni. It was a regular... large pizza. It?s kind of sad you can?t get things right ever. Read more
I ordered and paid through the Pizza Hut website for delivery but the delivery person was a doordash driver and held my food... hostage until I paid him in cash. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Read more
Our pizza what hot and fresh and made to our specifications. The best thing about Pizza Hut pizza is the crust! Goodness!... Ordering online was simple. Overall, the pizza was very good and tasty! The only thing that I didn?t like is they can be alittle heavy with the sauce. I hate that. Maybe next time, I can request light sauce. Overall, this Pizza Hut is worth anothervisit. Read more
staff was overwhelmed with orders, seems on line service let them down. Order was hot and fresh but for a 10-20 minutes... estimated time I was there for 45 minutes after the estimated time. Seems Pizza Hut has missed the mark with this order. Thestaff was courteous and apologetic but couldn't do what seemed to be the impossible last night. All in all I will be back Read more
Spicy Garlic wings and bread sticks. I had seen some one bragging about the spicy garlic sauce on Tik Tok and I had to try it.... She was right and these are now my favorite wings. I've ordered from this Pizza Hut for years. I've recommended them for parties back before they nose dived. Within the past few... months, the (expected/average) quality of this Pizza Hut compared to another branch or location has gone from a 5 star to a 1.I'm not a picky guy when it comes to pizza/delivery, never left a review for anything and I've had some bad experiences at manyhigher end places. The difference is this has continued & worsening over time. Excluding quality, If good customer service isimportant to you, avoid them. I gave them a final attempt last night. This was my double cheese half pepperoni pizza. Noticethere's no cheese... it looks like it was thrown against a wall, it's burnt. I paid extra for all that "extra" cheese you see.Pizza hut, idk what you've done to this location - but something's got to change if you want this location to stay in business.Jenay [idk the spelling] is the only one there who's been good with customer service. The pizzahut on oneal lane Is the best one in baton rouge they put just enough sauce on the pizza never over do it thx
