My 95 years old pops wanted chicken on that day, he loves fried chicken. When I got there I was the 4th car in drive through. I... sat in line waiting for the car at the speaker to place an order ,after 8 minutes I got out of line and drove around to see whythe order was not being taken. I drove around and a gentleman was on his phone, I gave him a look and drove back to my spot,after about a couple of minutes he drove off without ordering ????. The next car in line drove up and asked the employee insidefor another employees phone number who was not working that day, after 6 minutes the employee told the non customer to drivearound for the number. The third customer drove to the speaker and waited 4 minutes for the employee to come back to thespeaker. He ordered a 2 piece and drove to the window. Now, it took me 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. I could notbelieve the price change. I remember when,not to long ago, you could get a 2 piece dark for 2.99, 4.99 if you wanted it w/asm.side ,biscuit and a drink . I was kinda teed off about the time it took in line and was ready to ask for the corporate numberwhen the sweetest voice came over the speaker, my tempature lowered at that moment. I ordered a 8 PC family meal (almost 30dollars ) and the young lady was very polite and read my order back correctly, I got my order in a timely manner and got back tothe house 1.5 hours later. Popeyes is 10 minutes from the house. The chicken was not fried properly big chunky pieces ofcrispies, not battered properly. Read more
0 stars. Zero. This is a very hostile, unprofessional location. Extremely unsanitary, and the customer service is the worst I?ve... ever experienced. They should be shut down immediately due to their sanitation issues. Slow service, crowded parking lot withstaff using it as a club, ( not thinking about safety standing in the parking lot), and poor ability to empathize and care forthe community. Read more
Don't go there if you're white or you want your chicken hot, unless you go to the drive through but screw the obviously rasiist... black manager, after a 40 minute wait tells I'll get you later. Will never go back again, but just to say not about rasiistion,another man in there with his kids before me , him and his kids wanted some food, he was a black man, guess kids don't matterjust your messing with the girls in your store. Walked in to the Lobby at 6:35pm on a Wednesday. The manager asked if I had a DoorDash or Web order. I said No, I would like to... order here. She said that I would need to go to the drive-thru. I left and went to Sonic. There was no one in the dining room,and at least 6 employees behind the counter. Very Strange, but this location always has terrible service so I'm not surprised. Read more
I order a two piece chicken spicy and my chicken taste mild and the grease was definitely old. Chicken was sitting under a light... and skin was hard. The lady at the front counter definitely was not happy to be at work but the guys in the back was workinghard to get the orders out. Read more
Each & every time I visit this Popeyes Location, my order is correct & the workers there are very friendly. Which every Popeyes... had employees like that.. I give them 5 STARS Read more
I had to work late yesterday, and didn't have time to make a meal. I'll stop by here on your way home, they were slammed but... rolling out the chicken. They were very polite can answer questions that I had about menu options. Everyone was all hands ondeck not one person was left to attend to something by themselves.
