Terrible customer service and extremely slow. I came for my mobile order and it took them 5 minutes to answer on the speaker.... Then when I told them I had a mobile order and my name, they didn?t even respond. I had to drive to the window, where they mademe wait another ten minutes. I?ve lost my appetite waiting on them and my food. This is ridiculous! Do better. Read more

No spicy chicken at 12:30 PM for lunch and only sweet tea. Every state in the country has better Popeyes than Louisiana!
Me "can I get two number ones" Lady on speaker mumbles something. I said "sorry what?".. She mumbled again then talked to... somebody else. I asked her two more times. 1 star is way too complimentary. You can be the only customer inside or drive thru and you will still wait 30 mins and get food... that's been under a heat lamp all day. And the employees are RUDE! Read more
I went there on my lunch break for a three piece tender combo and they tore one strip in half to make two. So I basically got a... two piece.When I called the lady told me she didn?t know anything about that and put the phone. I was on my lunch break andcouldn?t go back. We ordered butterfly shrimp, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw, with biscuits. Walking in, we saw the restaurant... was truly dirty in need of a good cleaning. The staff were not interested in waiting on us. Although the place wasn't crowded,it took way too long to be waited on. After receiving the food and returning home, we discovered no shrimp or mashed potatoeswere in the bag. After driving back to the restaurant, the missing shrimp and potatoes were given to us without argument. Thecoleslaw was barely average. The mashed potatoes were from an instant mix and were lumpy and way too salty. The biscuits werehard and definitely not flakey. The chicken tenders were some of the worst I've ever tasted: tough and overcooked, more likejerkey than tenders. Go to Chick-fil-A or Cane's if you want good chicken tenders. And the "butterfly shrimp" were pitiful.Almost nothing but hard, tough batter. Also way overcooked - tough and chewy. This is absolutely the worst fast foodrestaurant that I've been to in a very long time. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more
