I came through on a night that's traditionally busy. The young man at window 1 was extremely pleasant and engaging. Food was... freshly prepared. As usual, I Vented the box so the heat wouldn't make the fries whimpy. I've been eating Canes since theoriginal location. As it expanded the chicken has gotten smaller. This was my first time eating at a Raising Cane?s and it was very good. We went with a group of 14 people and they got the food... out very fast, and it was all hot and fresh. Only thing I wish was you could get more of their sauce without having to ask forit. Read more

Everything tasted fresh and was steaming hot! The simplicity of the menu is definitely appreciated for those who get overwhelmed... with lots of options. The lemonade is great - not too acidic or sweet. The fries were crispy and not soggy from oil like someplaces. The sauce is yummy as well. A must try if you like chicken tenders!! Read more
So disappointed in the Plank Rd location. I've been loyal since the original location opened near our campus in 1996. This... location does not uphold the quality and customer service as other BR locations. The fries were overcooked and the chicken wasundercooked. 1st & last time visiting this one. A cheat meal that turned disastrous. I threw the whole plate in the garbage atwork. If you decide to go there, check bag before driving off. Read more
