Honestly the worst canes I?ve ever been to. It shouldn?t be hard to mess up chicken tenders and fries but somehow they do it... anyway. I kept giving them chances because it?s near my house, but the past time was my last time. They only gave me 2 strips, and my fries and toast were COLD. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the lemonade was great. Read more

Shot out to Jacob who was the only Cashier at the front counter. He was busy helping a mom with 3 very young children (the mom... needed his help) When I walked in the door: he greeted me and I was like it?s fine I?ll wait! Meanwhile his female manager wasactively looking for Jacob while he was helping this mom, I told her he?s helping this mom and I don?t mind waiting. The malemanager on the line was also looking for Jacob while he was busy helping this mother. Managers: yes I did say I was ok withwaiting but in all reality y?all should have helped Jacob. Y?all weren?t busy. The female manager was acting like she was busywhen she wasn?t. If I was Jacob?s manager: I would have helped him. I work in the industry! Bravo Jacob! Read more

Chicken was slightly cold. Also the fries were way overcooked. The bread was delicious. The coleslaw was horrible, it tasted... like i was eating mayo on lettuce l. :( Read more

Great experience! I walked in and ordered my food with special instructions and it was prepared just as I ordered. The staff... was friendly and it didn't take long to prepare. Read more

Zachary location. 2nd visit. Clean on site. The service was fast and friendly. The worker was kind enough to bring my order... to my table seeing I was alone with 4 kids. Very thoughtful. The toast was perfect today. Yum!! Read more

I've always loved raising canes since the 2nd or 3rd opened in Central. The food is consistent at every location. The problem... is that consistently the prices go up, the chicken fingers get smaller and the breading gets thicker. The quality of the fingers(tendons in them, size, etc) has gone down over the years. They used to be big juicy fingers and they just aren't that anymore. The sauce is always on point. You get served quickly and it's always hot. Still love it, just docking a star for the fingerissue. Read more
