Staff was courteous and friendly. Place was very clean. Enjoyed my visit.
I visited this location on two separate occasions (both on Friday?s). Nevertheless, I ordered ahead both around 6:30am give or... take. Once I arrived around 6:50am or later my order was not ready for pickup let alone curbside. On both occasions I had to askfor a refund because I was not able to wait as they were getting ready to start on my order as I entered to pick up. Thismorning the lady ignored me when I asked how long it would be. I am very dissatisfied with service at this location. Don?t orderif you?re in a hurry because the employees are certainly not. I had to come back and change my rating. I have been to this location on three occassions hoping that what I saw was just a 1... time incident. Their employees do not consistently wear masks. They allow customers in the store with no masks. They have takenthe sign down requiring a mask for service as mandated by the City. I had to ask an employee to to wash his hands before makingmy smoothie after he had his hands in his pockets and was scratching in his groin area. On another occassion I asked the shiftlead if the mask mandate was lifted her response was "I took it off because I was cleaning". I guess I will have to find adifferent lication moving forward as this does not seem to care for its customers or employees health. Read more
I have visited the location before the service has not been very good. The young lady in the drive through tonight had a nasty... attitude. She did not ask me what kind of cup I preferred. When I asked her about the foam cups, she gave me a nasty look andraised her voice claiming she did ask me. She closed the window and did not even give me straws. I had to get her attention andshe took her time. Needless to say I will not visit this location again. Read more
I love that Smoothie King offers Vegan smoothies now!!!! The location off highland is very friendly and consistent with the... taste of the smoothies. I use to work at a smoothie king and if you don?t put the correct amount of ingredients it tastedifferent. This place has great employees that follow the recipe and make their customers happy! I visited this location on a Friday afternoon- during the $5 Friday promotion. They were busy, but had 3 or 4 employees working.... You can go in or through the drive thru. I chose to go in as there were 6 cars in line. Even with how busy they were, theemployees were all in a good mood and very friendly. There were 4 people ahead of me, and even with both lines a little long, Ihad my smoothie in 10 mins. Great location to visit! Read more
I love this place, I been on diet for about three months, so when I'm in a hurry and need a quick breakfast, I get my strawberry... lean 1 with extra strawberries, I get my water, and my trail mix all in one place!! Who wouldn't be excited about that!! Read more
Stopped by today. I was the 3 car in line. Line did not move for over 15 min. I left probably wont go back.
