You will drive by this place 20 times without seeing it, but once you try it, BOOM!! Great service and great smoothies.
There was 3 employees with blonde hair by the window too busy having their private conversation that none of them acknowledged... me. One of them actually closed the window without payment or giving me my smoothie. That was rude but at least there wasanother employee who wasn't in that group came and ask me about my smoothie. I gave her my money for the smoothie and she didn'tknow the other people from the group never rung me up. I truly appreciate this employee for stepping up when others just standand ignore you. My wife has dietary restrictions and so I went here with a list of ingredients (ones they have on hand) that she could eat.... Another Smoothie King in a nearby town had said they do custom smoothies no problem. This location, however, said they don't andcan't make custom orders, and the manager even came onto the drive through speaker and implied that I was only there to causetrouble. Order placed at 1:24 PM with an estimated time for delivery just after 1:50 PM. I try calling the location at 2:27 PM, 2:29 PM,... and 2:34 PM, but each time the call goes to voicemail. The purpose of mobile ordering and delivery is convenience. Thisexperience is more than disappointing and reflects poorly on corporate and all other Smoothie King franchisees as well. Basedon this experience alone, I will not only not order from Smoothie King again, but I will actively discourage supporting it. Read more
Purchased smoothie yesterday morning Septemer1st at 7 AM. Smoothie was trash. It was not creamy and thick like it?s suppose to... be. It was very watery and tasted like nothing. Asked them to remake the smoothie it was still watery and clumpy. Never again!You have lost a loyal customer. Read more
