I?ll never go back and I?ll make sure my family and friends do go either!!! Pulled up to intercom at 6:40 on Wednesday July... 28th and no one answered and they appeared closed. Pulled up to window and waited for a bit until finally a young man openswindow and just stares at me. The girl in them background is giving me dirty looks. I wish I could give them 0 stars! They made my strawberry gladiator with out any strawberries. On top of that it?s very... watery!!! Not only they messed up my order a week ago because the employee gave me the wrong smoothie so I had to wait for themto make another one. On top of that the employee seen that my smoothie was already made to the side. Do not waste your timehere. The lines are long and it?s not worth picking up your smoothie here if you order online. I will never go to this location again or probably ever to smoothie king again. I?ve been to this location twice in the past 2... weeks and both times I have been denied service. First time I was told ?the blenders are broken?.. I?m like okay that?s weirdbut it happens I guess. Second time I?m told ?our system is down?.. Don?t go to this location. I drove all the way there & when I arrive they say ?so sorry, we can make smoothies, we just can?t... take your money because our system is down.? Really? This is how a good company runs their business into the toilet. So foolish.It would have been better to make the smoothies & give them away creating good will than this stupid excuse. Read more
It was alright. I stopped by cause I was really craving something fruity and semi healthy. First of all they pulled the trick of... asking me "Medium or Large" when I really just wanted a small. And i fell for it thinking maybe the small was gonna be toosmall. Well the medium was gigantic. It tasted okay until I got the terrible aftertaste of fake sugar. It really makes me wonderwhy added sugar is even needed for something so sweet to begin with (basically all fruit). I drank half and dumped the rest ofit which I hate doing. Read more
Apparently the lobby is closed randomly at night. The hours say open til 9pm but when you try to go inside the door is locked... and you are told to go thru the drive thru! If there are designated lobby hours, they should be posted on the door! All of myprevious service at this location has been timely and professional. The morning team is great! Read more
Not sure how you can mess up a strawberry banana smoothie, but that was single handedly one of the worst smoothies i?ve ever... had. It tasted like ice and protein. Also asked to sub the coconut water for almond milk (been doing it at smoothie king for 4years and it has never been a problem) and they said they couldn?t do it. will not be returning to this location.
