I sure don't understand what was going on at this Airline location ???? left without getting this order at all ordered and... about 10 minutes the hopper asked were we waiting on a order. YES! Another 5 minutes went by she came out with a cold order.Burger tots and mozzarella sticks. Sent this order back another 10 minutes here comes the same bag burger wrapped in the samepaper and the same mozzarella sticks. Asked for a manager who never came out. After finally speaking to a manager I was toldthe order was redone but not the mozzarella sticks. Needless to say we didn't get any food that day. It will be a while beforewe return to this location. The sonic on airline hwy gave me the worst experience I?ve ever had at a sonic. I asked for fries instead of tots on my meal.... Asked for a Oreo cheesecake shake and then asked for ketchup and napkins. I got tots with my meal still, my shake had a 1.5 inchwide hole down the middle of my shake, no cheesecake flavor and only a few Oreos at the bottom. Also received no napkins or theketchup I asked for. Absolute trash service and never will return there. Read more
DO NOT GET DRINKS from here. I went and ordered 2 beverages, one slush one regular soda. I paid for my drinks then waited 10... mins for my drinks before pressing the red button again and they then made my drinks. After 5 minutes the beverages came out.The slush and soda both had MOLD in it. We asked for a manager, he came out and we informed him of the MOLD, he did not lookshocked at all, did not apologize for the wait or health hazzard. When I asked for a refund he seemed annoyed. I waited another5 mins for my refund before approaching the restaurant doors. Once he saw me he told me the amount was refunded to my card andwhen I asked for a receipt, he rolled his eyes at me, turned around to the already printed receipt then gave it to me. Sonic has the best drinks and ice hands down. However, I stopped by recently to get a cranberry limeade slush w/nerds and was... given a regular cranberry slush. I didn't think to taste it until I drove off further down the road and instantly realized byhow sweet it was that it wasn't what I ordered. Traffic was too heavy to turn around so I just brought it home and put it in thefreezer. They normally always get my drinks right, so I didn't think to check it, so that was my fault. Either way, noone'sperfect , that error wasn't enough to stop me from still ordering from them. Since then, I make sure to be sure that my order iscorrect before leaving. Read more
This location has gotten horrible in its service. The last time I came here I had to go to 3 different stalls before I could... successfully place my order. Once placed, (2 sonic blasts) I was told they were out of 1 of them. This was around 35 min fornothing. This time I have been waiting almost 45 minutes now. It was over 10 minutes before I was able to place my order andhave been waiting for my order since. Pretty sure they have forgotten about me!
