did a door dash order, the driver gave me updates saying they were busy which is fine, then after an hour wait ,my order is... canceled by sonic with no warning or reason. I had chances to have their ice creams, it tasted good, but I don?t like the whipped cream on top.
The people stank and my burgers were burnt. I ordered a quarter pounder double cheeseburger and only got one patty.
I sat in stall 12 for at least 45 minutes, ordered a #3 combo. After so long, I pressed the button and asked about my order, and... my order magically disappeared, because the same order taker wanted me to order again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I knowyou're busy, however orders don't magically disappear. I wasn't the only one there that night that waited this long beforetaking off because no one ever came out with the orders or had anything at all in your system. Read more
Listen man, I've worked minimum wage foodservice before so I get it, but they were really taking "I don't want to be here" to a... new level tonight. I ordered a couple combos, and ended up not receiving one of the sandwiches in my bag. Didn't realize till Igot home so I went back. I hit the red button, nobody answered, finally a carhop asked if we had been helped, I said no butexplained the situation, he said okay and then another girl came to the car and tried to insist she packed it herself and it wasin there. It wasn't, lol, so she said "okay" and kind of walked away, and the last we saw of anyone was a carhop about 10minutes later who handed me a bag and ran away without a word. This place is usually good, but this time it was pretty bad. They kept forgetting what we ordered, brought us the wrong stuff... and didn't bring others that we did (got it in the end), and messed up an order to the point we had to remake it athome. Hopefully they fix the issues cus even on the busiest days they had always been amazing. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for an order ahead items. Forgot my drink when they brought the food out. When they gave me my drink it was... wrong. Got home and they gave us the wrong food with the right receipt. Don?t go here just go somewhere else. Read more
