I don't think I'll ever be able to eat a hamburger, at least not one from Sonic, in my lifetime. After waiting inside for 20... minutes for a burger and cheese sticks (only customers there), we set off for home which is over an hour away. I took onebite, and it was a foul taste. I could not turn around nor did I think it would do to do so. I'm done with Sonic! Read more

This Sonic location has the best customer service I?ve experienced. I have come here a few times and they are top notch with... making the customer feel special and they appreciate your support with eating here. I will be returning everytime. These workersand managers are amazing. Read more

Great food and they never get my order wrong. But I went 30 minutes before they closed and they weren't taking orders anymore.... Also, the kid taking the trash out looked in my direction and shook his head like I was stupid for getting there late. Read more

First of all big sonic guy. I?m just not happy with the service at this one so much so I?m writing a review. Told the lady I had... another drink when she brought out my food some how heard receipt which she already brought to me so bring me out anotherreceipt. I asked again for my drink she says okay and goes and comes back with somebody?s else?s food and pretends she can?thear me when I asked for my drink. Would you eat this? I don?t see why this would be something to give a customer. The Oreo Blast has Oreos throughout the ice... cream and blended in. This is a hole filled with Oreos and not all the way through. Y?all weren?t busy so why rush. Read more

Mother?s Day, May 8th. 11:50am. I waited 15 - 20 minutes just to place an order. The menu board shows Popcorn chicken with fries... and a drink. I place my order for popcorn chicken and ask if order comes with drink. The girl say no so I add a drink. Get tothe window to pay (another 10 minutes), they charge me almost $10 for my lunch. No fries. I inform the lady my fries aremissing. she said it doesn?t come with fries. I?m tripping on the fact that my Order is almost $10 for popcorn chicken and adrink. I say, I ordered the combo. Please give me my fries or a refund. The manager tells me that she is not authorized to giverefunds but she would give me a refund if she could. She is smirking at me while talking. Soooo you would rather refund myentire order instead of just adding a small fry??? I had no problem paying for my food. My issue is her attitude (manager). Whenshe saw that I was serious about my refund ( I had to park my car and get out to help her to see that I wasn?t playing), shequickly added me a fry inside of my bag But had a major attitude while doing so. The customer service was amazing and my BLT was made to perfection for me. The bread was toasted just right, the bacon had the... right amount of crispy, the lettuce and tomato wasn?t soggy at all. Next time I visit BR I?ll be back! Read more
