Everything was so good . The St.Louis Style Ribs was so tender and delicious & so was the smoked chicken ! The baked beans was... filled with meat . We got lunch from here, for my job, and everything was delicious!! While everyone was eating, it was so quiet, you could hear a... hair hit the floor. That means it was really good. We got sliced brisket, pulled pork, chicken, potato salad, mac n cheese, bbqbaked beans, cornbread, and sweet tea. It also came with bbq sauce packets, plates, cups, napkins, and serving utensils. It waswell worth the money! They say we Louisianians don't know good bbq, and I may not be an expert on what good bbq is, but this wasgood stuff to me! Thanks Sonny's for a GREAT lunch!! Read more
Today, I wanted BBQ brisket and I decided to go to Sonny's,, and I'm glad I did! My food was delicious!! To the managers,please... keep your cook crew and entire lunch crew. Sonny's is decent, sometimes it can be a hit or miss which sucks. Although their food is normally good overall. The last time... the brisket I got was almost all fat and the ribs were dry. The fried pickles tasted like they were cooked in a really oldgrease even though they weren't over cooked. But the food all tasted fine. The waitress was real awesome though so that's great. Ms. Alisha was our server & she greeted us with grace. The atmosphere for a restaurant to be on Florida Blvd. was great & so... clean you can eat off the floors. The food came out on time and was incredible. To say I'm not a BBQ guy I was damn well pleasedwith the menu and it tasted as good as it looked. That was by far my best experience by a restaurant to say I doubted the BBQcuisine. They are by far 35/10. Read more
