Great service can be a hit or miss nowadays. But I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past few days working while in... town. The service I received from Kiant'e T. and his team has been amazing. So much so I had to write a review. I hadbreakfast & lunch meals and drinks during my visits. I even ventured out and tried a drink that a barista recommended which israre for me and it was different but really good. This location is so clean, welcoming, and the drinks came out better than I'mused to. I love how they greeted familiar faces and unfamiliar faces! Thank you so much. A Manager's team is a reflection ofthem and in this case it is evident. Everyone serves with a smile, small talk, and efficiency. Read more
I?m not big on eating at and reviewing national chains because they are usually the same across the board.However, this... Starbucks location has the best staff ever!! The place is always clean, the staff is so nice and energetic, and they are soefficient in getting orders taken and completed. They even remade my Latte one time when I placed an order on the app and ittook me over an hour to get there due to a flat tire. I?m not even upset that this location doesn?t have the convince of a drivethru. They are totally worth having to park and go inside the old fashioned way :) Read more
I always get the same thing, a quad espresso. Since I always get the same thing, I can tell when they hand it to me if it has... all four shots. Needless to say, it was about half light. Finally, a Starbucks by the campus not miles away as others. Original franchise stores are way different from the "servicing the... brand shops" located in libraries or halls. We mean free promotions, stars status, and exceptionalenvironment/experience. Friendly baristas, great service, and delicious coffee. Cool lighting/temp and music. The downside inmy opinion is only the inter design. It looks studying and long hour friendly. In basic words, limited seating areas. Due to convenience; Starbucks on Nicholson drive is my go coffee on the LSU campus.This Starbucks Is very convenient for... everyone living in Nicolson gateway & as it is right across from the stadium ( 0.2miles ) and Matherines grocery store just incase you feel a bit thirsty before or after you do your shopping. They also had very friendly staff members & it was a veryquick service. Some people may say that a CSS?s coffee should be there as cc?s is the sponsor for LSU but Starbucks just tastesbetter so therefore getting more customers and Starbucks still have to rent that building therefore getting more money for LSU.
