I understand starbuck is usually busy but it still doesn't give you the right to ignore orders from customers standing right in... front of you during their time to order. During the order taking process she kept ignoring us while we are ordering and makingus repeat our order time and time again. At the time of payment, my wife already gave her the cash but after ignoring us againfor about 5 - 10 second she asked us to press skip for rewards on the keypad and told us to insert our card for payment....while holding our cash payment in hand.... she was absolutely useless in providing service and is absolutely incompetent to betaking order and collecting payment. You would think that's the end of our little incident right??? I wish... usually whensomeone order a cookie, muffin, cake pop, etc. They would get it almost immediately after payment due to being right next to thecheckout counter... if we didn't mentioned that we didn't get our cake pop yet then we might not even have gotten them. Two outof our three drinks was incorrect... ice black tea extra sweet turnt out to be less sweet.... Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino lesssweet was made extra sweet.... I mean come on.... absolutely horrible service and product, I recommend getting your coffee fixelsewhere Read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year and have never had a good experience. The minimum amount of wait time is 25... minutes for one coffee. I recently placed an online order. I received one drink after waiting 20 minutes then had to waitanother 10 minutes for a second drink after being asked, which was made incorrectly. I will not be giving them my businessanymore. I come to this location literally EVERY day before I go into work. All of your employees have great customer service and are... always so helpful. But your girl Julie deserves a raise. She always takes care of me. She has such a positive attitude and is socaring. You can definitely tell that she loves her job and she loves her guest as well. I couldn?t ask for better service. Went here tonight and was HIGHLY disappointed. I?m an advisor Starbucks shopper and I will never return to this location as the... service was horrrible. There was a sign that said card or cash payments with exact change. My total was 19.12 I handed her a 20and didn?t want change and she refused to take it telling me she had no 1s? Ummm 19.12 minus 20 is definitely not a dollar. Iwas also going to tip because i always tip at least 5-10 dollars but she wouldn?t even take my 20 so why would i tip. The othergirl who was working with her tried to tell her that i wasn?t getting a dollar back. Some people should understand math a littlemore.. She didn?t tell me there was no strawberries for my daughters pink drink until it was already made. my daughter said thepink drink without strawberries is like a pencil with no point POINTLESS.. Then i got my Frappuccino and she didn?t even ask ifi wanted whip and when i told her she was like It doesn?t come with it, i said i get this all the time and it always comes withwhip it?s a Frappuccino. There are only two employees who actually have a sense of urgency at this location. Everyone else moves like a turtle! Worst... experience I?ve ever had with Starbucks. Especially in a Target. They need two employees at all times or they need to only keepstaff who have a sense of urgency. Let those slow pokes go. It will always take you 15 minutes to get one drink. If there is anorder in front of you make sure you have lots of time to waste. Read more
