I understand employees leave and you have to hire again but choose wisely. On November 6, 2018 I felt intimidated by an employee... at Subway in Zachary Louisiana. I am standing waiting for someone to come and assist me with my order. After waiting this younglady comes up to me and "JUST STARES" at me as if she was trying to dig into my soul and calculate my life span... I went to this location when my wife and I were in town for Southern's first home game in 2017 during Labor Day weekend. We... attended the pep rally/Battle of the Bands at Mumford the day before the game and decided to grab a bite afterwards. There wasno wait and the little girls who worked there were the kindest and most hospitable Subway employees ever. They actually competedto be the one to help us. I live in Maryland so I'm not accustomed to being treated so well at Subway. I'd NEVER been asked if Iwanted my chocolate chip cookies warmed. They were so nice to us that we went back again regardless of how badly burned anddried out the meatballs on my sandwich were. I just shrugged it off and said they were prepared "cajun style." Always clean. Haven't seen it crowded yet. Good service, but don't not a pleasant atmosphere. General manager seems angry.
Disgusting. One tray of lettuce was turning brown, olives were dried out, and cucumbers were changing color from being unused... so long. The servers couldn't have been more unorganized. Will never come here again. Read more
