I?ve never had a good experience at this subway. I usually drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on Wax Rd. No employee... has ever been kind or helpful. We stood in line for 5 minutes while 3 employees ignored my husband and I. Then my husband askedfor a cup of soup, the employee looked at him dead in his face and ignored him. I asked the other employee to speak to 3 timesbecause I couldn?t hear her and she still refused to speak where it was audible. She put the wrong sauce on my wrap even thoughI repeated myself twice before she didn?t it. She even repeated it back to me. Then acted like it was such a hassle to scrape itoff and make it right.
